Great stay, very friendly - very clean

Had a lovely stay. Apartment looks like pics. Smaller than I thought, but worked fine for my hubby and I. Very clean. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet and a grocery store and coffee shop a few steps away. AC was great to have after an 85 degree day.

Great location . Metro station right in the corner . Highly recommend

This was the perfect place to stay. A quiet neighbourhood with good tram connections to everywhere we wanted to go. Nickolaus’s instructions were very clear and all questions were answered very promptly. The apartment was excellent and provided everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended.

The place was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. The view and the terrace are very nice. The system is safe. The pool was also good in terms of temperature. Everything great! Bettina was very helpful, reliable and always easy to reach!

The apartment was clean, spacious and close to a metro station. The pool in the top of the building is an excellent addition.

The house was as described. The furnishings are old, but still all functional and clean. Beautiful well-kept garden. Veronica even got us a high chair at our request. We were with our 4 grandchildren. They liked it too. Numerous toys are also available.

Thank you Martin, we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable in your fully equipped vacation home. For all who will read these lines: You can sleep peacefully here and have the choice of whether you want to sleep on a soft or a harder mattress. You will be awakened here by the birdsong. Pure nature, because You will then be on the edge of the city in the countryside. The Sisis Castle, i.e. the Hermes Villa in the immediate vicinity, was our favorite because only a few tourists visited this beautiful museum. Those who like to put on their hiking boots or play with their children in nature will appreciate this green oasis in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. We were in the center of Vienna in about 50 minutes by bus and then the subway. We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful environment in Austrian country. House is charming and well appointed…let the wifi go👉 it’s worth it to kick back, walk, breathe, read, just hang out.

Wolf was a super nice and attentive host. We arrived with a baby, as far as I can see, he moved the furniture so that the bed was against the wall and our little one could not roll out. Windows and sockets in the house are childproof. The cottage is absolutely charming and cozy, with many loving details and a well-equipped kitchen, where nothing was really missing. The garden is heavenly... super quiet location, heavenly nature, lots of flowers and everywhere there are small hidden corners that invite you to linger. There's obviously a lot of love in it. We felt totally comfortable.

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace located in an idyllic, green courtyard. The flexible check-in and the electronic "key handover" also worked well. Unfortunately, the request for a second access code was not processed, but this did not lead to any major problems.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

We had such a pleasant stay at Johanna's apartment. The flat is specious, very well eqiupped (lightening is amazing) and the owner took care of all the details to make it cozy and comfortable. Johanna and her husband were very kind and paid special attention to our small child even bringing her fresh strawberries and bedding from their children. We will definitely consider coming back.

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.
