This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Our house was completely renovated in 2022. Here old clay walls and wooden beams were exposed. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the bar, as well as a projector with Netflix. The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.

Our beautiful, super sunny loft 70 square meter loft is located in a former "alte Werkstatt" in the middle of the village. We renovated the apartment and the house with great attention to detail, placing great emphasis on ecological and sustainable building materials and a modern, environmentally friendly heating system - as a hobby beekeeper, it goes without saying for us. The old workshop staircase leads to a large, bright living, dining and cooking area.
