In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Tram stop 1 min away (Langstross stop) , all shops and many restaurants of different categories nearby.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

Small patio in front of the house. Beautiful view of the Lautenfelsen. Ideal for bikers and hikers.  The property is best reached by private car, restaurants & supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away in Gernsbach. There is a call taxi to the Lautenbach district.
