Holiday houses in Baderna

We were received in person at the property after a short notice. We got a short tour and received important information. The place is quietly located, which was very accommodating to us. Restaurants, shopping, etc. can be easily reached by car. We received good tips from the hosts. Highlights include the outdoor kitchen with grill and cooking facilities, which can be used very well for warm summer evenings. We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful villa in a quiet hamlet, 2km from an ancient village with 2 bars, a supermarket , a pharmacy and a great pizza restaurant, with easy access by road to Porec, about 25 minutes away. Very well equiped villa with a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge. Large tv with standard european satellite channels and streaming. Lovely terrace for dining and relaxing. Super swimming pool. Secure parking. Danira welcomed us to the villa together with her daughter Sara and showed us round , explaining all the facilities clearly. They responded very quickly and clearly to messages. The perfect accommodation for a very relaxing holiday, we would be very happy to return.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

Simple, clean apartment, had all the basic needs provided for. The host was fantastic, even with language difficulties she was extremely helpful and available, leaving fresh fruit for us on the garden table and even washing our beach towels for us when she saw that they were dirty. The wi-fi didn't work unfortunately but it wasn't a big problem for us. Eating outside in the morning and evening was lovely, it's a very quiet and peaceful area. There were baby swallows and baby chicks that the host showed us with pleasure! Really a lovely stay.

Beautiful apartment with great big windows and small sweet garden. Stefanie and her parents were very nice and gave us fresh eggs and always responded quickly to questions. got great recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!

We spent a great week in the beautiful house with a fantastic pool and lovingly landscaped garden!! Happy to come back anytime! Igor welcomed us very nicely and really took great care of everything! Thank you very much for that!! Absolutely recommended!
