Monthly Rentals in Badia de Xàbia

We had a wonderful stay of three nights in Raul's apartment in Xàbia. The communication in advance and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deck chairs, which you could comfortably take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: the sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with a direct view of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all - perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

We were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for a month. It is spacious and has everything you need for a long stay, there is even plenty of storage space. It is modernly decorated and everything looks new and clean. It's even better than in the photos. The location is perfect; very close to the sea, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door, and there is an enclosed parking garage. We stayed in winter and did not use the pool, but I can imagine that it is wonderful! Amparo was extremely friendly. She gave us tips about the area and we were allowed to check out when this was convenient for us. Thanks again for everything ! We went to love Jávea😁.

What a fantastic place to stay ! You feel right at home and the apartment has all the comforts and is super tasteful and tastefully unfocused. Stephanie is a very sweetheart and really nothing is too much for her ! We will definitely come back to this special place !

Pablo was super helpful, anytime you messaged him he would reply between 5-10 mins. He had lots of recommendations for what to do and the place was super lovely and clean, with a nice garden at the back. Also a plus fot the private complex right on the beachfront. 10/10 wouuld recommend and would return
