This small studio is warm and filled with lots of little bits of history. It is quite central, bright overlooking the rooftops of Paris and optimized with a double bed that rises to the ceiling. It has all the amenities because it is inhabited outside of rental periods and I leave the basics for cooking, hygiene, wifi, etc. Passionate about theater, sports and culture, I would be happy to recommend a place or a play to see.

Light, quiet, stylish and so French. Only 2' walk to the suburban express train station, 5' walk to Vincennes castle and wood. Paris Center 10 min. Optional inside car parking lot with toll badge 100 meters away.
