Charming Seaside House in Forio The house is just a short distance from Forio’s port, easily reachable by taxi in just 5 minutes or by bus, with a stop only 2 minutes away on foot. For those who prefer to drive, a free parking spot for small vehicles is available. ⚠ To access the accommodation, you need to go down an external staircase with 20 steps. The descent is simple and safe, but we mention it in advance to ensure full transparency for all our guests. This two-level property, approximately 120 sqm in size, also features a spacious terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views. The bright apartment offers sea views from every room and is situated in a peaceful, natural setting. It includes: Private Entrance 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Room Kitchen Balcony Terrace Lower Floor: THE FIRST BEDROOM features a new, comfortable double bed, a two-door wardrobe with wooden hangers, a sea-view desk with a chair, and a private router for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity, perfect for remote work. The room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and both a spring and winter blanket. Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. UPPER FLOOR : A few steps up leads to the living room, which offers a full sea view. This area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer, a dining table for 6, and a large cupboard with all necessary cooking utensils including cutlery, pots, and glasses. The living room also has a small sea-view kitchen equipped with a large oven and cooking essentials (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar), and a cabinet with laundry and cleaning supplies. Next to the living room are TWO MORE BEDROOM, each with a new, comfortable double bed and breathtaking views of Cava dell'Isola. THE FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with a four-door wardrobe and bed linens, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower cabin. THE SECOND BEDROOM is spacious and has a four-door wardrobe; it can accommodate an extra cot if needed for a seventh person. This room also includes a private bathroom without a shower but with a bidet and towels. ADDITIONAL COMFORT: Air conditioning is available IN ALL ROOMS THE TERRACE , accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is the highlight of the house: an outdoor area with a sea view, featuring a table for 4/8 people, new cushioned outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a barbecue. Next to the terrace, a balcony with a fountain is equipped with a bucket, broom, and dustpan. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the paintings displayed throughout the house. Additionally, a private path near the house leads quickly to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach. The entire house, terrace, and balcony are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Charming studio located at the end of Punta Rocilo, immersed in the wild nature of the place, but located a few minutes from Piazza dei Martiri, Corricella, the historic center and the characteristic beaches of La Lingua and Silurenza. The property, an ancient warehouse of the ancient rope factory of Giovannino u funer', a local craftsman, enjoys a spectacular and unique view: the Gulf of Naples, the D'Avalos Castle on the right with the backdrop of the island of Capri and the Sorrento peninsula.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Villa Laurito

Two-storey house with independent entrance. It is located about 2-3km from Positano center. house near the beach of Laurito where the restaurant "Da Adolfo" is located. The house has a large panoramic terrace from where is possible observe the town of Positano, the island of Capri, the Li Galli island and the Faraglioni. To reach the house from the main road (car/bus) the connection is a path with about 300 steps. TURIST TAX / 2.50€ a persona per notte TURIST TAX / 2.50€ per person per night

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
