Waterfront holiday rentals in Baia Verde

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

L’alloggio si presenta meglio che nelle fotografie.Vista stupenda sul mare , camere spaziose, e posizione comoda per andare sia a Gallipoli che a Baia Verde. Giovanni si è assicurato che avessimo tutto il necessario mettendo a disposizione anche gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia. Check-in e chek-out flessibile e rapido. Ottima esperienza,consiglio vivamente ✨ Grazie!

A beautiful rooftop apartment with lots of space. What makes the place is the rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast outside every day. Also enjoyed a night of watching both the stars and a storm over the horizon - what a show ! The apartment is right on the Main Street .step out into all the action . Turn left and restaurants shops and bars are there for you . Turn right and 50 m away is the beach - and fyi the beach is a nice sand one. umbrellas for the beach supplied - a nice touch . Access to the apartment is by foot . At first it seemed daunting however in fact it was a 5 min walk from where Paulo had arranged a parking spot for us. Paulo and Stefano were there for us as we found our way to both parking and then the apartment. Paulo is a personal assistant by profession - she was our personal assistant during our stay making dinner rez when places were full ! Great bonus . There’s a roof top bar with music to midnight - good tunes so we enjoyed . Small kids might not enjoy

Es war wirklich perfekt. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie auf dem Fotos, einfach ein Traum. Luciano war ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber der uns mit zahlreichen Tipps versorgt hat und stets erreichbar war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder sein Appartement buchen und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter. Einige plus Punkte: -Sehr hohe Räume für ein einzigartiges Raumklima -Klimaanlage -Badezimmer mit Fenster zum Lüften -Sehr hell -Super Lage - zentral und dennoch ruhig -Sehr sauber - gratis Parkplätze in den umliegenden Gassen - Innen wie neu -Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien …alles da was man braucht! Amazing Place: Very clean with all the little things you need for an extended stay. Beautiful views from the terrace. We used it as a hub to. Visit the beaches of the area. A perfect stay!

Har haft en helt fantastisk vecka i detta boende. Kände oss direkt som hemma från det varma välkomnandet av Daniela och Valentino vid incheckningen. Boendet var mycket rent och tillhandahöll med allt och lite till som vi kunde behöva. Boendet är beläget med fantastisk panoramautsikt över havet, mycket nära till vattnet, flera olika stränder och badplatser. Boendet ligger mitt emellan två byar med utsökta restauranger och cafeér på varje sida. Vi är mer än nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka hit.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Chiara. Het huis is prachtig ingericht, heel proper en we kregen enkele welkomstgeschenken waaronder een zelfgemaakte heerlijke limoncello. We hebben met volle teugen genoten van dit aangenaam verblijf. Het grote terras met wondermooi uitzicht was ons favoriet terras. Dit is een adres om te onthouden en terug te keren. We voelden ons echt welkom!

Terrasse magnifique avec vue sur la mer et douche d’extérieur . Appartement fait avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. Accueil 5 étoiles avec le sourire et une bouteille de vin de la région ( et une bouteille d’eau au frais). Communication simple et rapide avec l’hôte. La plage de sable est à 5 minutes à pied. Un hébergement de grande qualité , je recommande vivement.

Schönes Haus, super aufgeteilt für drei Familien, da es drei getrennte Einheiten gibt und man sich so auch gut zurückziehen kann. Nachteil ist aber, dass die Küchen deshalb nicht sehr groß sind. Die Distanz zum Meer haben wir uns kleiner vorgestellt, man kann schon zu Fuß hin aber es ist (vor allem mit Kindern) nicht ganz so nah wie gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war super, sie hat immer schnell und freundlich reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und Garten und Pool schön und gepflegt.

Die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wundervoll! Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und warmherzig und der Empfang durch deren Vater sehr herzlich. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass Sonnenschirme vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer wären noch super. Der Supermarkt und ein Cafe sind fußläufig erreichbar, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Antonio und Lina sind wunderbare freundliche Gastgeber, die sich um alles kümmern, sehr empfehlenswert! Die Altbauwohnung ist süß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und wenn es warm draußen ist, auch hell. Wir waren Ende März dort und das Wetter war anfangs sehr kalt und regnerisch. Aber wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im traumhaften Gallipoli.

Wir waren zu zweit für sechs Nächte in der Unterkunft und mehr als zufrieden. Mai ist noch vor der Saison, sodass wir allein in der gesamten Straße waren. Die Terasse ist ein Traum, jedoch für die Nachbarn einsehbar. Dadurch, dass wir allein waren, war dies nichts schwierig. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, Fernando war ein super Gastgeber und war immer gut erreichbar und freundlich!

This was an ideal place for the beach and restaurants . Such a vibrant old town with lovely shops and lots of places to eat .

L'alloggio è stato uno dei migliori,tutto molto pulito ed ordinato .La casa è inoltre molto spaziosa ed essendo in 5 con anche dei bambini non abbiamo riscontrato problemi di nessun tipo.Consiglio fortemente questo alloggio che si trova nel pieno centro storico vicino ai vari negozi ,pizzerie e bar.Pertanto,la città di gallipoli è molto grande e si può passeggiare tranquillamente vicino al lungomare. Vi consiglio molo questo alloggio host inoltre gentilissimo e disponibile!

Maison très bien situé dans un environnement très calme. Pietro est très disponible et a un vrai sens de l'accueil. Idéalement situé pour rayonner sur le territoire et avec une petite plage à proximité (2 mn à pied) pour se baigner en toute sécurité et faire du snorkeling (ce qui est un vrai plus, car en Italie les plages sont soit privée : surchargées, soit difficile à trouver pour un accès à l'eau du fait des spécificités géologiques de la cote). Nous étions en couple et avons très apprécié cette maison.

Klein aber fein! Tolles kleines Häuschen, es fehlt jedoch an nichts. Umschwung sehr weitläufig mit verschiedenen Etagen zum entspannen. Ausblick 10/10! In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss an einer wunderschönen Bucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto. Caterina war sehr freundlich und hat uns Insidertipps für Restaurants und Badeplätze gegeben. Sauberkeit sehr gut! Kann ich allen weiterempfehlen, die einen ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen suchen.

Die Unterkunft war top, sehr sauber und eine tolle Terasse. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, gute Bäckereien und Restaurants sind innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Alessandra hat sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und war flexibel mit dem Check out, das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Merci Pasquale et Paolo pour l'accueil et le séjour. Tout était parfait ! L'appartement semblait déjà beau en photos mais il était encore mieux en vrai. La déco, la douche et la cuisine avaient été refaites. Ils avaient prévu tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour avec notre bébé : table a langer, baignoire bébé, chaise haute, lit parapluie, mixeur pour purée, poussette et même parasol et 2 chaises pliables (qui nous a permis de lui faire découvrir la plage de sable, a 5 min à pied de l'appartement). Parking dans le jardin, vue sur mer, cuisine tout équipée. Machine a laver et machine a café avec des dosettes également. Tout était hyper bien pensé pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Jusqu'aux moustiquaires. Ils avaient même prévu une carte et nous ont recommandé plein d'endroits sympa. L'appartement était également très propre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour notre prochain séjour et recommandons a 100% leurs logements

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. The apartment was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the balconies with their stunning views. Ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub. Von der ersten bis zur letzten minute. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, Giorgio hat uns sogar zum Parkplatz begleitet, immer erreichbar, auf jede Frage eingegangen und jeden Wunsch erfüllt Sehr gutes Frühstück und wertvolle Empfehlungen für unternehmungen und gutes Essen - einfach nur empfehlenswert

It was a pleasant stay at Alessandra's place. The place has true AirBnb vibes, it felt like we stayed in someone else's home. Alessandra welcomed us and showed us the private parking lot and the flat. There is no wifi at the apartment, but that was not a problem for us. Gallipoli is walkable and the flat has a nice location.

Sono stato a Porto Cesareo con la mia fidanzata per una settimana. Il soggiorno da Giovanni è stato impeccabile: a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, appartamento pulitissimo e l’host Giovanni davvero gentile e disponibile, flessibile anche nel check-in e check-out, se poteva venirti incontro in qualche modo lo faceva. Davvero nulla da dire, solo belle parole. Appartamento super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!☺️

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a Casa Giada. Giardino grande e recintato in tutta sicurezza per il nostro amico a quattro zampe. La casa rispecchia le foto, cucina pulita e ben attrezzata, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole. Il bagno seppur piccolo era pulito e ordinato. Nell' armadio abbiamo trovato biancheria sufficiente e pulita indispensabile per il nostro soggiorno. Ottima climatizzazione della casa che ci ha permesso visto le alte temperature di riposare bene. Antonio è stato un host disponibile, amichevole e molto gentile. Sicuramente lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo.

il soggiorno da Antonio è stato veramente una sorpresa positiva, lui come persona È amabile sempre disponibile e molto ordinato, si vede che ama la propria struttura come casa sua, Inoltre è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato durante tutto il soggiorno con consigli ed indicazioni utili. i servizi erano esattamente quelli descritti e la qualità degli elettrodomestici era più che buona, inoltre il sistema di aria condizionata è un sistema canalizzato a pompa di calore di ultima generazione che da un comfort eccezionale in tutte le stanze. Sono quasi sicuro di ritornare l'anno prossimo
