We had a great time in Seefeld! The house is very spacious and fully equipped, as Daniel lives in the accommodation itself with family. The kids especially enjoyed the great garden with large trampoline. The location is great - you have the choice to drive to the lakes depending on the weather, or to the city of Munich with its generous offer of activities. As an electric car driver, it should also be noted that a public charging station is available about 100 m away. All in all, we were very satisfied!

everything was great! However, we already paid directly at the time of booking without being able to confirm it and a free cancellation was no longer possible. You could have announced this beforehand. The furniture is a little old and shower gel was also not there. The kitchen is well equipped for this. the surroundings are beautiful and very quiet and we felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The villagers were also very warm.

Large, practical and rustic apartment on a farm. Great landscape with bike tours and hiking directly from the house. The landlords were very nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We booked the house to spend three days together around our wedding with our six patchwork and in-laws children. The location is perfect, we all had space, everyone felt very comfortable and we had a great time there. The roof terrace was worth gold in the nice weather - and there were plenty of opportunities to do the free time together or alone. The beds are great, we slept bombardingly, and the decor is lovingly and tastefully designed. The bathrooms are as new and very chic - our children didn't come out of the "Ahh" and "Ohh" anymore, and we got a lot of praise from them for our selection of the location. Hosts are very kind and always eager. Whenever we needed anything, someone came by and took care of us - otherwise we had the perfect privacy, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend overall, we would come back anytime.

A really nice farmhouse

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. Easy check-in. The view from the cottage is magical, the surroundings invite you to hike. The house was equipped with everything you could need. We will be back :)

The host was a very helpful person and gave me more helpful guidelines. The place is centuries old, but they keep it intact.

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

A wonderful place to stay close to Munich! The house has 4 double beds, but can accommodate up to 10 adults. It has a very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Towels and even bathrobes are provided, so you can enjoy sauna and pool. All with a great Mountain View. We were received with great hospitality. Hopefully we will visit again. Highly recommended!

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

We came as a family to enjoy the holidays in Munich. The house is very nice, comfortable, large and well located, in a quiet, pretty area, and allowing you to reach the center of Munich quickly via the S-Bahn 5 which is reliable and regularly serves the area. Isabel and her family are extremely welcoming: everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and everything went remarkably well afterwards. The kids loved it, everyone slept very well, we never got cold, and we were able to enjoy the kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare good meals in the evening when returning from our long visits and walks. In short, we would highly recommend it! And we thank Isabel and her family.
