Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bairrada DOC

It was a very nice cottage, small, but everything was in good material, nice shower, nicely decorated with nice wood details. We slept wonderfully with the windows open and the sound of the river, otherwise it was completely quiet at night. Outside nice terraces, wonderfully seated with our feet in the river, a fantastic environment, completely unobstructed views at the back of the house and a lovely hamlet. We walked every day for half an hour to Gois, a beautiful village with river and delicious pastries at the paladeria. We thought it was very nice!

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

I felt at my own home. The hosts were super friendly and reachable, really present when needed and helpful. The house is beautiful and clean, ample, functional, and peaceful at night. I hadn’t been before in so complete place at airbnb specially due to the wonderful matching hosts and house.

Michele went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this spot enough. We really needed rest and relaxation and couldn’t have found a more peaceful location. We were sad to leave. Michele is a wonderful, kind and caring human being, and we were so fortunate to have met her.

Paulo met us at the house and gave us a warm welcome. He showed us around and offered great recommendations for the area. The place was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen, and centrally located—close to everything you’d want to visit. We truly enjoyed our stay.

When we first saw Mario’s place and the fact it was a perfect five stars from all previous guests - it was difficult to believe. But we immediately upon arrival understood why this was a perfect 5 stars…this is an incredibly special property - from the streams, waterfalls, history as an olive press, trails, peacefulness - this place was absolutely one of a kind. All in our group agreed this place, of all the places we’ve stayed in the world, was truly truly special….if we could give more than 5 stars - we would. Mario and Cila were fantastic hosts and incredibly responsive and the amenities and nice touches throughout made us feel right at home - better than home. Such a wonderful stay.

The accommodation corresponded in every respect to the photos shown. Although check in was actually only at 5:00 pm, I was kindly allowed to enter the house earlier. This made it possible for me to explore Aveiro on the first day without having to lug my suitcase around. Unfortunately, I did not get to know the hosts personally. This was absolutely only because I wanted to go into the house. The next time I'm back in Aveiro, I will definitely book this accommodation again. Ana and Ricardo react very quickly, the accommodation is sparkling clean, the house is very centrally located, sights, restaurants, bakeries, everything is within walking distance, in short, this is the perfect accommodation for Aveiro. I have already saved the address for the next visit😊

Spotless apartment - brand new, perfect service and communication. Location a bit far from Center, but easy to park and lots of supermarkets around. Definately worth it!

The property is on superb location, very neat and clean and above all the host is so nice to guide in case of any query. It is above to our expectations and would love to stay here in future. Strongly recommend others to use this airbnb in the heart of Aveiro Centre.

Beautiful, modern appointed, open plan apartment. Just as described. Microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Free water and coffee. Great location to walk to the river or up the hill to the university . Close to restaurants. Passeata was always quick with his reply, photos of the location and check in process was very helpful. Only stayed one night, would loved to have stayed more. Parked in the parking station Passeata suggested, only 5 min walk from the apartment. Narrow entry into carpark station, heaps of space if you go to level 2 or 3. Take the ticket with you and pay before you get in your car to leave, at level 1 or near exit.

We had a fantastic time in Carlos's apartment. Very clean and quiet and located just two minutes from a beautiful beach. Well located to visit Porto, Aveiro and the Passadiços de Paiva among other things. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was also in perfect condition. Yes we came back in the area, we would not hesitate to choose it again.

Stayed 3 nights in this perfectly located & lovely comfortable apartment. Balcony is perfect to enjoy drinks & evening sun watching the many swifts flying around. A real buzz from the street below with bars & restaurants but completely quiet inside the apartment. Recommend this accommodation to explore Aveiro and Costa Nova - on foot and by bike.

Even though it is listed as being in Figueira da Foz, it is actually in the neighbourhood of Buarcos. Much better. More authentic. You are steps away from the beach. Daniel and Elisabete are a nice, hardworking couple. Very friendly. The place is perfect, quiet and in the old part of town. You are within the old remparts. Nice walks and beach strolls all around. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The terrace is beautiful. Big plus. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent! A very good place to spend a vacation. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed to spend a few weeks on vacation. The view we have of the ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped! It was spotless, very clean and organized. Beds and bedding and bathing are of great quality. Located near the city's main canal and downtown, it is a 10-minute drive from the bus station (with Uber readily available) and close to several restaurants.

Perfect location for a solo traveler, staying just one night in Coimbra. what I loved was how walkable the apartment was to everything, from the city center to the gardens to the university. And then all of the river walk being so accessible and close was a huge bonus. I really enjoyed my overnight here and found the apartment to have what I needed. Eduardo and Manuela were responsive and helpful!

We felt right at home at Andre’s place and loved staying in such a beautifully typical Portuguese home. André has thought of everything from kitchen tools to games and every comfort of home. We especially loved the peaceful backyard garden. We would definitely stay here again if available for our next trip to Aveiro.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.

We absolutely loved it! Beautiful house with a beautiful view of the area. Greet is a great host. Very kind and helpful. We had a problem with our car and got to walk to a beautiful spot just outside the village and the near by mechanic fixed it super fast. A great place to stay and go out to the different beauty spots around. Highly recommended.
