Apartment holiday rentals in Baku

The house was really clean and spacious, we took a taxi to the center, the distance was 10 minutes or so, the house has all the necessities, communication with the host was very good, we were very satisfied, if we come again, we will rent the same place

Orkhan is a very responsive host. The apartment is newly renovated. All kitchen appliances are very modern and brand new. It’s literally between Baku Boulevard and Nizami Street yet “extremely quiet”. The apartment is inside a gated community (called “Mehalla”) so it’s extremely secure. Bravo store (the most popular supermarket in Baku) is 2 minutes walk. Unfortunately there’s no free parking but the building next to the apartment (Above Vapiano pizza) has ample parking and is extremely cheap (like 15 Manat per day). Also, if you can get along with the “extremely friendly” neighbours, they will allow you to park inside the Mehalla for 5 Manat a day. I stayed with my wife and 3 kids (all under 12) and would highly recommend this property

My original flight to Baku was canceled due to regional airspace closures, so I canceled my non-refundable Airbnb booking. Days later, I rebooked with another airline and reached out again, expecting nothing. To my shock, they welcomed me back warmly. Even though my apartment was taken, they arranged another luxury unit for free, just to help me. No extra charges, no blame — just real kindness. Nazrin was absolutely incredible — thoughtful, generous, and always one step ahead. She made everything easy and stress-free, and even let me check out late with no rush. They didn’t treat me like a guest; they treated me like family. The apartment was spotless, the balcony large and peaceful, and the location unbeatable — right in the center of everything. I walked to cafes, parks, and major spots without ever needing a taxi. I’ll always remember this.

**Great Stay in a Sunny, Central Apartment!** Loved this bright 4th-floor apartment with a balcony and beautiful wooden floors. The sun-filled living room was perfect for relaxing, and the bedroom had cozy borrowed light. The upstairs bathroom was clean and convenient. The location was fantastic—everything was walkable! It did get a bit noisy with the traffic at night, but ear plugs solved the issue easily. Would definitely stay again!

“Don’t judge a book by its cover” Is the exact words I would use to describe this place. Nestled about 15 min drive away from old Baku is this lovely apartment. The place was clean, tidy and cute. There are some lovely restaurants and shops just 5 min away and also the guy downstairs makes some amazing kebabs. Jamila was herself amazing. She is a very proactive and helpful host. She arranged us a taxi from the airport and also to Sheki where our next stay was. She made things so smooth for us. If you do come to Baku this place should definitely be in the list of recommendations to stay

The house is clean and spacious. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Restaurants, shops and metro is in walking distance. Rauf also checked on us from time to time if we need anything. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Baku.

Its a wonderful place and the owner of the place is such an educated and wonderful guy. Always very cooperative, and the place is so cozy and well managed, and it is the one of the best options among flats at Nizami St. BAKU.

Neat, clean,well lit apartment in a central location.Gulnara is an extremely responsive host and helped us with the transport arrangement too.We stayed in her apartment for a week.The apartment complex has a hypermarket too which was a great help.The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Gulnaras place.

Responsive host and very convenient location

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Had a royal stay here. Very spacious, clean property with all amenities like TV,AC, washing machine, press, almirah, huge kitches with utensils. Shop behind the apartments has everything one may need on regular basis. Teymur was always just a call away. Responded to all the queries. Super appropriate choice for a family of 4-6 individuals. However most nearby people don't understand English. Have a good translation app before u reach there.

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for two days — we were very happy! The apartment is beautiful: comfortable, cozy, with an aesthetic interior and stunning views. It is pleasant to be in, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The hosts can be fully trusted — they quickly responded and helped with any questions, met us halfway and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a comfortable stay for 5 days & 4 nights, we are family of 4 with 1 kid, the place is near the old town city, highland park and Nizami street around 5-10 mins walk only. Arif is a great host and available anytime whenever we have queries, we will surely come back again.

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.

The apartment is within walking distance to the Port Baku Mall, Crescent City Mall, numerous other boutique retailers, Old City, and great restaurants. We definitely would recommend Nailla's location to other travelers to Baku.
