Our family, cozy, air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage operates as part of our family home. Breakfast can be arranged from a local grocery store (150m) or in our family restaurant (100m) where we provide a 15% discount on their consumption. In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Our apartment is located 300 meters from the shore of Lake Balaton - the open beach with plane trees. We provide our guests with a closed, camera-guarded parking lot, free wifi, bicycles, sunbeds, beach games (badminton, water games), and barbecue facilities. Free transfer from Balatonboglár station, at check-in and check-out. Shops, restaurants within 1 km. The apartment is located next to a main road, so traffic noise may be disturbing at an open window.

Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
