Your cocoon is located a 5-minute walk from the historic heart, restaurants/shops and 10 minutes from its riverside beach. It has all the little things to feel at home while respecting ecological values

A large terrace with barbecue in front of the entrance, overlooking the valley, leads into the living/dining room of this very comfortable, fully renovated 45 m² cottage. Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, etc.). A bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed + baby cot (baby kit). Living room area with sofa bed 140 x 190. Separate toilet and large walk-in shower. Flat-screen TV with TNT and Wi-Fi. And a parking space.

Located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a superb view. This house with its private heated pool (open from April 15 to November 15) offers two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. On foot you will find all amenities , and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned a Type 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station is available on site.

River, beach, restaurants and bars are 50 meters away. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).

On the heights of Labeaume, you will be the only master on board this family home with stunning views. Swimming pool, shaded terraces or full sun, river at your feet, you will just have to choose. Relaxation, walks on foot or by bike, the place is beautiful in any season. It's up to you... The house welcomes you with all the comforts, your bikes and motorcycles will also be sheltered. The house is pet-friendly.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

"Les Pierres Hautes" Lodge

The "Les Pierres Hautes" gîte is an independent accommodation adjoining our house: an old rehabilitated stone barn. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. For your comfort: Beds are made on arrival, we provide towels, as well as practical products such as salt, pepper, oil...
