Holiday rentals with beach access in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

I was super lucky to find this place and it be available . I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this one is by far is the best! Location, upgrades throughout, comfortable but not too soft beds, instruction left for every gadget and the quality of the cookware, Gwen thought of every kitchen tool one would want and I have Lenox butterfly, so I felt right at home.

A quaint little house, with a short walk to the beach. The area is beautiful to walk and close to restaurants. Great stay.

Wonderful spot. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to highways/amusement parks. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spacious and comfortable and immaculate. High quality appliances and basically everything in the house was top notch. Very close to the shops and restaurants. The village couldn’t be cuter. Would 100% recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at yet another one of Tracy's wonderful places in CDM. Great location, and beautiful sunlit space. Well-stocked with amenities and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

Place was great! Regine was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even when answering questions that were explained within the instructions in the apartment. Location was amazing and we definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful place. Right by the beach and Newport boardwalk. This was a great family spot for Memorial Day weekend!

The cottage was so cute and spacious for us. We are literally 2 min away from the sand. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that stood out were how thin the blinds were in the upstairs bedroom. At night. You can see the outside lights and see the lights on every car that passes by as well. On our first night the neighbors to the left of us were loud. And on our last night the neighbors that arrived to the right of were super loud . We had to close our front door at some point. Other than that. We enjoyed the space.

Jay’s place was a perfect spot on Newport Peninsula. We walked everywhere ! Beach only 5 min walk down the street. We loved it was right across the street from Pavilions grocery, lots of places to eat and also Lido Marina! Location perfect, clean, lots of space, loved the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths and big kitchen! We will be back for sure! Great spot for my family! Thank you Jay! 🌟👏🙌❤️😘

Good location, close to restaurants and shopping. A short walk to the beach. This place was absolutely spotless. VERY CLEAN!! Loved the patio area. Having the garage with washer & dryer was a big convenience. Upon arrival, Patti greeted us & made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay.

We were very distressed by the fires and Dave was very kind always answered our questions promptly. We had some relief staying so close to the beach. It’s beautiful. Thank you Dave

This is a cute, little beach bunglow with great proximity to the beach and the area is totally walkable. The size of the place was perfect for my son and I and having the garage for parking was fantastic. Parking would have been difficult and we walked everywhere once home. I will say that the garage is small and the turning radius to get in is tight, so they are not kidding about a small car. What was also nice about this home was that you can tell that this home is managed by an individual and not a company because they provide a lot of items like extra kitchen items, reusable grocery bags, blankets, and even beach towels. Also, I will say that the place looks better in person than the photos on the website. Lastly, I was surprised that each bedroom had a window AC unit which did help cool the place down becuase I do not remember seeing that on the website. Had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay! Perfect location, just one street away from the beach and the pier. Todd was very communicative. There was an issue with the garage during our stay and Todd took care of it very quickly and had clear communication through it all. We had an exceptional experience! Fits 4 people maximum. The two sofa beds unfortunately weren’t very comfy and could’ve used a mattress pad! Luckily, after a day on the beach we were so tired that it didn’t really affect our sleep.

Such a fun and unique location. Everything was clean, organized, and the convenient. Responsive host. Highly recommend staying here when in Newport!

Sandy Shores was perfect for our stay! Rich, the property manager was fantastic with communicating ahead of time. He was very flexible on check-in, kind, and explained things quite well. He kept in contact throughout our stay and checkout was smooth. Thank you, Rich! Location was great for walking distance to beaches and other restaurants. The bikes and beach toys, chairs, beach buggy, etc. was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, clean adequate linens for each bedroom and bathroom, rooftop patio was great to hang out on, the home felt very clean and well maintained. Thank you for the stay!
