Nice location !!! easy accesss!

A fabulous house, excellent location.

We celebrated our son's birthday at this location and it was a blast. So close to all the restaurants and bars and a five minute walk to the sand! We love Newport Beach and you cannot beat this location. We will hopefully visit again soon!

Wonderful property as described with even better hosts! Richard was communicative leading up to our stay and made it an easy check in when meeting us on the property. Lots of provided amenities for the kids and can’t beat the location. Would highly recommend and will visit again soon!

Had a great stay! Perfect location, just one street away from the beach and the pier. Todd was very communicative. There was an issue with the garage during our stay and Todd took care of it very quickly and had clear communication through it all. We had an exceptional experience! Fits 4 people maximum. The two sofa beds unfortunately weren’t very comfy and could’ve used a mattress pad! Luckily, after a day on the beach we were so tired that it didn’t really affect our sleep.

I would LOVE to stay here again! The location is unbelievable with so much to walk to, obviously the beach, but also many great restaurants and coffee shops. The patio and deck is the star, and the house was perfect for me as well. Add to all of this a parking spot, and this place is one I will definitely try to come back to! The garage is small like it says, so its unlikely many cars will fit, but there was always plenty of street spots when I came here in Mid-May.

Scott’s place was perfect for our family - with dogs and a toddler. The place was close to the park for walking the dogs plus a playground for our toddler. The house has ample space inside and out. It was easy to find and it was located on a not busy road, but it was close to the beach and a coffee shop. It was a great stay for Newport Beach!

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

I was super lucky to find this place and it be available . I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this one is by far is the best! Location, upgrades throughout, comfortable but not too soft beds, instruction left for every gadget and the quality of the cookware, Gwen thought of every kitchen tool one would want and I have Lenox butterfly, so I felt right at home.

We had such a wonderful visit to this home & island. It’s so unique and we truly felt like we were “islanders” during our stay. It met our needs perfectly and we enjoyed having the Dutch doors open & patio to relax on. We biked to the ferry & explored the peninsula. Good food & vibes at Mutt’s Lynch. We also drove down to Laguna to the 1000 steps beach, so pretty! Stopped at Trader Joe’s for salads & snacks. Crystal Cove and dinner at the Beachcomber took us back in time- don’t miss this!

Wonderful spot. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to highways/amusement parks. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in the area.

We really enjoyed staying at yet another one of Tracy's wonderful places in CDM. Great location, and beautiful sunlit space. Well-stocked with amenities and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had the best time in this little gem of an apartment. Located in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood of Aliso Viejo with direkt access to trails, a good connection to the freeway and only few minutes by car to beautiful Laguna Beach. Cari is an exceptional host, very thoughtful and attentive whilst always being mindful of everyone’s privacy. The unit sits tucked away in the lush and green backyard of the main property and allows for a quiet stay and feeling of safety and calm. The unit is fairly small with a tiny kitchenette, but offers everything one can need to handle daily life. Very thoughtfully equipped to make the most of every square foot, clean and high end appliances. Highly recommend this place - whether that’s for vacation or for seeking a temporary home.

The place has a nice environment and was generally comfortable. Parking was easy, which was a big plus. However, getting in was a bit tricky — you have to enter through the balcony, which was a little complicated. It also takes a few minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower, and the water pressure is just average. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash, as the provided toiletries had a strong, unpleasant smell and didn’t seem to be good quality, so we didn’t use them.

What a little slice of heaven you have here on Balboa!! Magnificent views, perfect location, tidy and roomy…love the stained glass accents. My daughter will be moving back to Costa Mesa later in the year, so I hope to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach was 2 min. Great amenities for the beach and great assortment of bikes. Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. Place was very clean. Definitely would stay there again.

This is the perfect little place right next to New Port Pier. It was clean and spacious. It was fun to be next to the pier with all the restaurants and shops. The beach is just steps away and they have a cute farmers market on Sundays. It was perfect.

Only recommendation Let people know cant get in till 4 exactly. Got there at 3.57. Combinations did not work until 4. Everything else great

Fantastic place to stay, helpful instructions from the host, impeccably clean and a perfect location for us, as we wanted to be able to visit both LA and San Diego so being between the two made it so easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay around orange!

This place was very nice. The building was amazing and I enjoyed all the antique qualities about it and the friendly tenants. There were so many extra touches left for us. Close to everything, but that also meant that it was very loud at night until things settled. We were there on a long weekend though. I would stay there again without hesitation. The team stayed at a hotel and this beat it by far. Megan was amazing and responded within minutes. so, so nice!
