Great place! The location was fabulous. The space was nicely decorated and beautifully maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bob's place! It was just as advertised, clean and welcoming. The balcony over the river is where we put in the most hours, just watching the changes in the river, the various boats, and people-watching on the river walk. Everything we did was within minutes of the condo...great restaurants and shopping. Bob provided plenty of info and recommendations for eating and sightseeing. We were there on Memorial Day and could easily see the USS North Carolina lit up in red, white and blue. Even though it was cloudy/rainy most of the time, the awning on the balcony kept us dry and comfortable. A couple of time we had questions for Bob and he was immediately responsive and helpful. It was just the relaxing getaway we were hoping for! We would recommend this spot anytime for 2 guests!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Anne’s oceanfront condo was a little piece of heaven. Beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom decks. The house was spotless upon arrival, and Anne actually reached out and offered it earlier than the 3 PM check in time. It was comfortable, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for a beach getaway. The location could not have been better. It sits on the south end of the beach where it was quiet and peaceful, yet a good beach walk away from the pier and inlet. The pool was a nice plus as well! Anne provided a closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as beach towels for us to use. This will be our go-to condo for our ocean isle visits!!

Donna's style and attention to detail make this place a showstopper. It was beautifully decorated and spotless. The communication was prompt, and we were so grateful. Unfortunately, my husband had booked a different place that looked like a good place for college kids to stay, and it was uncomfortable. We moved out and were fortunate that Donna's place was available. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is immaculate. The dishes, pans, etc are all like new. We felt right at home. There was an outside closet downstairs with coolers, beach toys, and chairs to borrow. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

My partner and I booked this place for our 1 yr anniversary and Debi and Peter were such rockstar hosts. We had zero issues locating or entering the space and the space was spotless. Beach front view was unbelievably amazing and we couldn’t believe how lovely it was to hear waves crashing 24/7. It’s was so kind of them to have items such as beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Very thoughtful. Overall a 5 star experience and we’ll be back.

The unit was comfortable and clean, location was key for us (access to Wrightsville Beach area) as well as being dog friendly. Walkable to restaurants is a great perk. No issues with parking availability and access to the unit was smooth/easy with the keypad entrance. Great value for the location.

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Spotless interior with a well appointed kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. We've stayed at dozens of Air BnBs and this one is fantastic! Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

The accommodations exceeded my expectations. The view is a million dollar view. So close and walkable to so many venues. I will definitely stay here again!

We come to Oak Island every year and this house was by far our favorite we have ever stayed at and plan to come back here next year! The mattresses are so comfortable, the house was so clean, comfortable and cozy that it was a joy to come back to every day and it truly felt like a luxurious vacation. Every amenity was top notch, and we truly wanted for nothing while staying here. Having direct access to the beach, with an outdoor shower with hot water, and all of the beach chairs and sunshades you need was just incredible. We had the best time- thanks again!!

Our family has gone to Oak Island every year around Memorial Day for the last 6 years and we've always been looking for a spot that we can return to every year. Nothing has been quite right. Until we stayed here. This spot has everything we love. Right on the beach with easy access. Great layout with big beautiful windows. Something fun for the boys to play (air hockey). Really comfy beds. Very clean. Walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. It was great. We will definitely be back!

This Airbnb at Carolina Beach, NC, was an absolute 10/10 experience. The rental was perfectly located right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand and surf. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach retreat! One of the best AirBnb experiences I have ever had. :)

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Gorgeous views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The bottom of the house is basically a big sandbox that our 4 year old and dog could play in all day. Peaceful and relaxing vacation. We’d stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s place. The house was clean, didn’t have a bad smell, and without stains. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking items we needed throughout our stay. We were steps away from the beach, which was great and the views were amazing. The house is located in a perfect spot. A couple miles from the point to view sunsets and 8 miles to restaurants and shops. The house is also located in between 2 public beach access points so the beach area behind the house was never busy with other beach goers. We appreciated the baby and kid items at the house for our family. Our only complaints were that the wifi wasn’t very fast, and the walk path to the beach was a little weedy. Overall this was the perfect house and beach spot for our family vacation. Check in and checkout instructions were simple and Sandy was very helpful when we had questions and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended this house to others and would love to go back.

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. Chad was fantastic! Super sweet and attentive! Place felt bigger in person! Loved the way it was decorated and glitter ceilings was a nice touch! Loved the location and easy beach access! Would stay again!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

Mike was a great host and very communicative with check in and out instructions. The condo was perfect - perfect location, clean, and Mike has thought of all the extras (ceiling fans, hair dryers, sound machines, beach towels, beach chairs). We will definitely stay again when in Carolina Beach!

Beautiful condo- clean, well stocked and comfy beds. We loved having the option to go back and forth from beach to pool, so everyone was happy!! The storage closet has everything you need for a great beach day. Loved sitting on the deck every morning and night. The host was super responsive and gave great instructions and recommendations on the area. Already planning our trip for next year!! Great place for families!! Thank you!!

We have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience! Anne is very responsive and always friendly. The place is well equipped and comfortably accommodates our family of five. Definitely recommend!

We were here for my birthday! The owners were incredible! Very kind and gave us great options for restaurants and also a firework display. The condo was perfect. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need and everything worked well. The master bedroom had a great master bath with all amenities. But let me tell you about the master bedroom bed. The most comfortable bed ever!! If you have a rain day and have to stay indoors this is the place to stay. Don't forget to play some song on the guitar. When we come back we will definitely plan our trip to stay here. I cannot thank the owners enough for there hospitality!!
