This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

one of the nicest airbnb's I have used , very clean ,has everything one needs and more ,washing machine ,dishwasher ,mosquito net in the wondows which makes such a differance ,and the host and his family are very friendly ,so 10/10

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr angemessen und sehr groß für zwei Personen. Der Pool sowie der Garten waren zur Entspannung perfekt gestaltet. Martin war immer erreichbar für uns. Alles zusammen hat es uns sehr gefallen, gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

Vi var tre kamerater som bodde i leiligheten til Masha. Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her – dette er uten tvil en av de vakreste Airbnb-ene vi noensinne har bodd på! Leiligheten var nydelig, superren og hadde alt vi trengte, men høydepunktet var definitivt den uforglemmelige balkongen med utsikt som tok pusten fra oss. Parkering rett utenfor gjorde alt veldig praktisk, og beliggenheten var perfekt for å utforske Pula. Verten Masha var utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende – varm, hjelpsom og oppriktig opptatt av at vi skulle trives. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra første øyeblikk. Tusen takk for et uforglemmelig opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed- the view outside the apt of the Colosseum was amazing. Waking up to that view was a dream! Coffee was stocked, and Samantha even had cookies for us! The beds were comfy, and the apt was just so perfectly decorated. A++++! Great location- there is no better space than this apt in Pula!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rovinj und die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet inklusive Waschmaschine. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral. Kostenloser Parkplatz und sehr tolle Gastgeber die sofort zur Stelle waren wenn man Fragen und Anliegen hatte. Auch der Grillplatz in dem kleinen eigenen Garten war toll. In allen Bereichen also absolut zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Theodor und Sabina. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

From before we arrived until we were delivered to the bus stop by Zeliko at our departure, our hosts Zeljka and Zeliko were our concierge and guardian angels. Zeljka was always available with helpful travel advice and Zeliko a great ambassador for Rovinj. Rovinj is an amazing destination and their apartment is in the best location. Steps away from the best restaurants, swimming and everything you will want to see and do. In our six week trip in Europe, we know that Rovinj will be one of the very top highlights. Arco Vecchio and Zeljka and Zeliko really made it so.

Beautiful outlook towards the amphitheatre. Couldn’t get enough of the view. Also had a view of the port. House larger than pictured. Extremely clean. Host had very clear instructions was very helpful. Could walk into the town. Loads of restaurants. Could catch local buses to many places. Which we did. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you. Es war die beste Entscheidung die Unterkunft für unseren 14-tägigen Urlaub bei Natasa zu buchen. Sie ist sehr freundlich, hilft einem immer super weiter. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt. Sehr ruhig aber doch in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Rovinj oder schnell am Strand. Sie hat uns super Tipps zur Umgebung zukommen lassen. Aber das Beste ist, es gab alle 4 Tage frische Handtücher und sogar nach einer Woche frische Bettwäsche. Wenn ihr nach Rovinj wollt, dann geht bitte zu Natasa. Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt, wie im Hotel!

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Wir hatten eine wahnsinnig tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Ort Rovinj und die Wohnung von Andrew ist wirklich geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet! Die Lage in der Grisia Gasse ist unschlagbar und die Aussicht auf die Altstadt aus allen Fenstern und auch vom süßen kleinen Balkon ist zauberhaft. Die Anreise mit dem Elektroauto und das Parken außerhalb der Altstadt war unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Wir werden Andrews Gastfreundschaft definitiv noch einmal in Anspruch nehmen.

Hübsche, rustikale Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick und Grill. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und dennoch ist sie Lage der Wohnung ruhig und privat.
