Holiday houses in Bale

A very nice place with a fantastic view on the sea! The contact with the landlady was great – we always got help immediately if we needed anything. There were a couple of small issues but they were resolved right away and therefore barely noticed. We were particularly positively surprised by the many extras that come with the villa – we didn't expect that at first. Sauna, wellness and spa area, restaurants on the premises, delivery service to the house, a private golf cart at no extra charge and much more – just great! Clear recommendation!

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. Darko and his brother Dragan were extremely courteous, helpful and likeable - a big thank you to both of them! We can recommend this home without restrictions.

Beautiful, modern, fully equipped house with pool and garden, very spacious living/dining room, 2 large bedrooms, each with bathroom. Spotlessly clean! The house is very quiet. Ideal for guests who value nature and privacy, where shopping and a very well-maintained restaurant (La Grisa) are a few minutes' walk away. The place is ideally located for exploring Istria: a few minutes drive away are a well-known wine resort (Meneghetti) and olive oil producers (Chiavalon; Nono Remido). Rovinj, Porec, Pula and NP Brijuni are within 30-50 minutes drive. The hosts are extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. I had made a mistake when booking, which was handled with the utmost goodwill. Thank you very much for a great stay! Great recommendation!

We recently stayed as a family, and Sanja's home was absolutely perfect. Nestled in the heart of this beautiful historic town, it felt like we were living in history. The place was quaint and cute, providing a wonderful ambiance. The building remained cool, maintaining the perfect temperature, and we slept really well. Bale itself is stunning, with fantastic food to enjoy every evening. Walking around the town is truly magical. Its location made it an excellent base for exploring all of Istria. The access to parking was a huge plus, making our trips even more convenient. We spent every day at the sea, going from beach to beach. Everything you might want to visit is under an hour from Bale, with most attractions only 20 minutes away. We would definitely come again!

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!

The central location of the lovingly furnished house is perfect for participating in the life of the small town and exploring the surrounding places. The house, which is superbly equipped by the hosts but rustic, is very clean and leaves nothing to be desired. Currently, there is construction next door, but this did not detract from the relaxation.

We were like the guests who were there shortly before us, we searched endlessly for accommodations this year, almost gave up until then this fantastic little villa showed up and we booked without having read everything exactly. Fortunately, this did not prove to be a mistake, because our expectations were fully met. The fact that the gardens were still in the described construction condition did not bother us further. The roof terrace in front of the bedroom on the first floor made up for it all! We could use the heated pool, which is a little further below in front of the second larger property, at any time. Also, the landlords provided us with a ticket for the large, seaside camping area "Mon Perin", where there are various swimming facilities. There was nothing lacking in the house, towels, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, a great Lavazza capsule machine, a smoothie blender, kettle, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, in addition, all cleaning products, of course toilet and kitchen paper, napkins, napkins, napkins, everything sufficiently available so we didn't have to bring anything extra! Andreja has furnished the two houses with a lot of love and feeling for detail, always with a view of the essentials and wonderfully puristic! The place Bale is far less crowded compared to the coastal towns and pleasantly original with its many stone houses and the old town center with the narrow streets. A bakery, restaurants and small supermarkets are all within walking distance of the house. By the way, a visit to the still family-run oil mill, which sells very fine olive oils.
