Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bale

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. A super nice ambience, inside and out. I definitely want to come back. Perfect for having a nice time with friends or family. Thank you so much for everything!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also a lot for children – playground, large pool, foosball, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he came by quickly and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we were even able to check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks - very generous. He also brought cake later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, the access over the mountains a bit curvy – but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Vera’s house. The house is exactly like described in the pictures and it was an amazing adventure for 2 young kids to have such a big garden. I am an active runner and right in front of the house there is a beach waterfront path that goes all the way to Pula (10k one way). The house was is perfect condition and the hot tub was amazing. We will be back :)

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

Villa Paolo was perfect – clean, comfortable and ideal for our getaway. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the peace and privacy. We really felt at home. We'd love to come back!

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

Super nice villa with top amenities, there is really nothing missing! (One bedroom unfortunately does not have a shower, just a bathtub - this is the only thing that is not quite optimal) The hostess was extremely nice and the communication was very straightforward. Had a very nice week there.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill

Grea place, great host

Amazing place! House is fantastic, clean and feels warm! Beds are good, bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Host was incredible and amazing to communicate with. Fast response, good info and welcoming. We enjoyed this place so much and are definitely going there again! 10/10!
