Come together in the country kitchen for meals. Walk in the beautiful cottage garden, pick fresh fruit and spend the evening around the fire pit under the stars.

Pretty, light, cosy, comfortable cottage. Set in beautiful cottage gardens and backing on to Gloucester National Park, the walking/biking options are endless. Open plan living area, Smart TV and Wifi. Enjoy the restful bedroom with queen bed, fine cotton sheets, quality bedding and lovely view over the garden. In the luxurious bathroom you can soak in the antique claw foot bath or shower in the seperate cubicle. Heated towel rail, a range of toiletries and Egyptian cotton towels are provided.

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Positioned to take in the views of nearby farmland and dam and its birdlife. Close to wineries and a 15 minute drive to the coast. Due to building works next door in 2025 we have limited availability, but if dates you want don’t appear to be available, please get in touch. We cannot accommodate children or pets.
