"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in summer 2024 m. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to seven and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

35 m2 cottage with 140 cm double bed and sofa convertible to 160 cm or 2 x 80 cm. In the heart of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, quiet and close to buses and tram. Historic center of Tours nearby (25-minute walk or 5-minute tram ride) No extra cleaning fee. We trust our guests to respect the premises and leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Non-smoking accommodation, ashtray available in the garden.

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire exterior on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available. On the Loire circuit by bike between Tours and Villandry, our small house welcomes you in a peaceful and comfortable setting. You benefit from a self-catering accommodation, with outdoor terrace, heated pool (April to October), air conditioning, bike shed (bike tooling if necessary). Self check-in is possible, but we prioritize direct contact with maximum flexibility for schedules.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The cottage is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors and another to the west, equipped with a garden lounge. You can enjoy the pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead-end street with no traffic. Ideal for rest!
