Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Ballard, Seattle

Had a beautiful stay here. A great location very close to many restaurants and bars. Alex was responsive and easy to get in contact with and provided a parking permit so we didn’t have to worry about our car. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend staying here for a lively neighborhood.

We were careless enough to leave our iPad there. Jennifer has been incredibly helpful since we contacted her, assuring us that her cleaning staff will hold it, and planning to ship it to us after it is in her hands!

Our short stay at Bill & Jimmi’s put us squarely in the middle of everything going on at the Waterfront. Across the street from the Seattle Art Museum, this condo was only a block or so from Pike Place Market. There was a Starbucks in the corner of the building and restaurants and bars all around. The place was plenty big enough for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. Natalie, Bill’s mom, met us early and not only stored our bags until check-in, she also had them waiting for us at the condo and even put our cold stuff in the fridge. All-in-all, this was a very nice place and a good experience.

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

A wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect for visiting the sights of Seattle. The apartment was just as pictured. We felt very safe in the area and in the building. Directions to get into the apartment were clear and easy. After a day of sight seeing, it was so nice to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Target is two blocks away and has a full grocery store for stocking up. We had to contact the host for something and the response was immediate. They clearly wanted to make sure we had a great experience. We appreciated that. If we come back to Seattle we would most definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Space needle view & cute balcony make it pretty attractive. The building is old but nice, and the apartment seems fancy. It’s a little small place, I would say 1-2 people can stay in a comfortable way. Apartment was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable, communication with host was easy and quick. Only thing is the neighbour in the upstairs was too noisy in my last day, but it was a quiet place otherwise. Keyless entry (via app) was good too. I recommend this place.

I feel so lucky I found David’s place available for the night before my Alaskan cruise! The location couldn’t be better — walking distance to fantastic restaurants, Pike’s Market, and the cruise port. It was such a treat to see the Norwegian Bliss right outside the window of the apartment when my cruise docked at Pier 66! (The place was spotless!) David was an exceptional host—his communication was clear and prompt, making check-in a breeze. He even checked in with me via text during my stay to see if I needed anything. He offered great suggestions for local eateries and fun things to do around town. This stay truly made my trip extra special, and I’m already hoping to book his place again for every future cruise departing from Seattle! Highly recommend!

Location is everything with this place. walkable to so many places. Communication with Justin & Vicky was excellent. Getting into the building was super easy and all digital. We had amazing weather on our trip so we were out and about most of the time and didn't get to use the kitchen very much, but we enjoyed the beds, bathroom, and washer and dryer. Highly recommend for folks that want all the benefits of the belltown location!

This place was nice! There was a code to the building, so no worries about people wandering in. The host was super responsive/helpful with any questions/problems we ran into. Nice location walkable to most areas

This spot was in a great location and I was able to get it for Memorial Day weekend. I had messed up the amount of days I had initially requested but the host let me request to stay an extra day with no problem. I highly recommend anyone stay in this beautiful spot!

Very affordable and convenient place to stay to explore the city

Good spot, easy to get to activities, and a cool view of the space needle from the roof. The size was tight, but all I needed for an extended work trip.

Good location. Close to the action but not so much so you will be disturbed by Capitol Hill's nightlife and colorful inhabitants.

Great location. Walking distance to all the cool touristy spots in Seattle. The condo is a great respite from the busy city life. Peaceful courtyard. Comfy bed. Proactive and clear instructions from the hosts.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was fantastic-clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The views were absolutely amazing, and we were lucky enough to catch a full moon during our stay. The location was perfect with easy access to Pike Place Market and great nearby restaurants. Lynn was great with her communication and made everything seamless. We'd love to stay again our next time to Seattle.

We had a wonderful stay. The home offers stunning views of the Sound, Seattle skyline, and Mount Rainier. The workout facilities are top-notch, and my boys especially enjoyed the pinball machine. We loved being able to walk into Magnolia for shops and restaurants—such a charming neighborhood. A couple of things to note: the beds and pillows were a bit firm for our taste, and some bedrooms lack window shades, which might be challenging for light sleepers. That said, the overall experience was excellent, and we would gladly stay again.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Kevin and Taylor’s Airbnb. The suite and host were very welcoming and everything was just as it was advertised. Kevin and Taylor were both friendly and very helpful with our scheduling. The suite has everything you could possibly need. It was clean and tidy, and we throughly enjoyed the backyard space with our dogs. At night we relaxed with a game of pool and watching our favorite shows. After working on our own home for 2 months and putting on the market, this was a much needed getaway. Highly recommend the downstairs suite. Thank you both.

Had a wonderful trip with my parents at David's place. The house is located in a nice and quiet community, equipped with all the amenities for short-term and long-term living. Feels like home. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a leisure trip to the SEA area.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.
