Incredible views around Elie, the coast and golf course. The property is highly specced and we could not be happier with our visit. Fiona provides clear instructions on how to access the property. Will definitely be back!!

Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. We had a great stay in this beautiful house. Super easy to find an ideal location for peaceful weekend and only short drive to local attractions. Great safe enclosed garden for the dogs and lovely walks from the front door. Hot tub and sauna were a fantastic addition, loved the Aga too.

Second time we have stayed here, will make it a third sometime in the future. Great cottage and location

Dina was great. She was away while we visited but was still helpful and responsive from Australia. Beautiful peaceful little home with views of the pasture, cows, and rabbits from the hot tub area.

This cottage is wonderful. It's very cozy, has everything one could want including a big hot tub in a very secluded garden. We have dogs and because the garden is surrounded by stone walls and fences, it was perfect to let them wonder while we were in the hot tub. Very secluded and secure garden. The area is just idyllic. Two minutes away from Auchmittie and in the middle of beautiful countryside and so close to great beaches too. The hosts were excellent in all aspects too.

Amazing stay! The cottage was very cosy, looked like the photos and we felt right at home. Loved having the wood burner in the evenings while having dinner and chatting the night away!

Fantastic stay at Capo Farmhouse. Brilliant location, gorgeous house and a very helpful and very responsive to any questions or help that we required. We stayed for a special birthday and felt right at home and staying with Caroline made our special trip extra perfect.

I was very impressed with the Cottage,it was very well equipped, clean and comfortable, surrounding area is full of various attractions,biggest highlight was seeing the dolphins and the seals swimming through ferryden harbour.there are many lovely walks and beaches to take your dogs on,my 3 loved the walk to the lighthouse,and various other places.The neighbours are very welcoming and friendly.Sharon was very helpful and an accommodating host,I look forward to visiting again,the weather was absolutely beautiful.Montrose is only a 6minute drive away,where you will find pubs, restaurants and shop to explore🐾🙂

Beautiful Airbnb! Great location to discover Scotland and enjoy all its beautiful nature. Great view from your bedroom window on the forest behind the cottage.. highly recommended!

We booked for a last minute get away and Tim & Judy’s place did not disappoint! The cottage was gorgeous and Tim was very helpful in getting us settled - peanuts were set right outside the kitchen window and we had red squirrels within minutes! Lots more bird watching was done throughout our stay :)) The fire and heaters kept us cosy, and the kitchen was well equipped. Will be returning soon hopefully!

The stay at the beautiful cottage was exceptional. The views from the house are amazing, the house is equipped with high end bathroom and bedroom fabrics and amenities and the house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Even more beautiful than on the pictures. As a welcome there was a hand written card and hand picked wildflowers and a very generous food package with milk, eggs, ciders, treats etc. Rachel was responding very quickly and was super nice and helpful. When we are in the area again we would be back any time. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage! Scenery is fantastic and the house has everything you need. Kids loved the chickens and especially loved the playroom.

Wow! What a great Airbnb! A charming cottage in the fisherman’s village of Footdee, so cute that other tourists are taking pictures of it. The beds and sitting room furniture are very comfortable. The shower is fantastic, the towels are plush. It was very clean and well decorated. Thank you Victoria for this great stay.

Beautiful little cottage has everything you need to feel right at home. It has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. The bedroom is relaxing and bed is very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. Chris and janet have put lots of local information in the cottage to help make the most of your stay. Only draw back is there is no shop in fortingall, so your nearest shop is in Aberfeldy 7miles away ( not a big deal for us as we were out most of the day). We would highly recommend a visit to the owl house. Many thanks for hosting us. We might see you again when we come back to climb meall nan tarmachan at some point x

We had a terrific evening at the gatehouse. There were 3 adults in our group and the property was perfect. Having a washer/dryer was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner. This property is very clean and comfortable. We loved the castle grounds, it really is a beautiful spot. Thank you for a great stay.

What a great place to stay. The hosts were wonderful and communicative. When we had a slight problem with the fire. they came and helped immediately. As soon as we entered, felt right at home, and then extended an extra night. Everything is in the pictures and it’s actually better. Great location for just walking and being at one with nature, even in the rain. One suggestion is the TV is very small and was challenging to watch TV. I think it would add a little bit more for a bigger TV specially on rainy days.

We had a wonderful stay at Bluefolds for my Dad's 70th. The view from the property is spectacular and ever changing, and you'd never get bored of that alone! Sue was a wonderful host, very welcoming and proactive. The accommodation has everything you could need for a stay there. Take your walking boots, make sure your pets are treated for ticks (as its on a sheep farm), and have an incredible time :)

Lovely cosy private cottage between the river and woods , a great base to explore the area with easy access to town , lovely local walks and community activities.Great to sit in the kitchen and watch the birds and squirrels in the garden .Jenny was a friendly host , the cottage had everything we could possibly require Thank you

Fairygreen Cottage was the last stop on our holiday trip and it couldn't have been better! From the first step into the house until the very last minute, we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The cottage is lovingly furnished, equipped with everything one needs and shows a high standard in quality. We felt very welcomed and comfortable and wish to come back!

Judith was welcoming. The cottage was beautifully clean and spacious. Lots of lovely little details. Great space outside french doors for a glass of wine and a chance to see swallows and swifts up close. In the big field we saw a deer with her very young fawn. Communication with Judith was great. What a wonderful place to stay. My two brothers and I brought Mum to Ballater for her 70th birthday and it couldn't have been better. We were all really impressed with the house, and massive and beautifully maintained garden. Whenever walking somewhere in Ballater we often joked: "how far a walk is it?" .... "two minutes" was always the reply. It's such a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with basics e.g tea and coffee and the selection of crockery, glasses, pans etc was excellent. We'd definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in the Braemar cottage. Lovely cottage and beautiful location. The kids loved playing in the big garden and the daily visits from the bunnies! The village is delightful and I could stay forever.
