Welcome to the Müllerstube

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. The cozy, bright apartment in the colorful villa (quiet village location) is the ideal base camp for activities in the Harz Mountains or along the Romanesque Road of the area. Whether by car, horse, motorcycle, bicycle or motorhome - you have space here! In the small kitchen, everything is ready for you: Enjoy your breakfast in a cozy spot in the large garden, get to know the hens that lay your breakfast eggs and end the evening at the grill or campfire.

We would be delighted to welcome you as a guest in our house, whether it is to simply unwind in our pretty health resort and have a good time or to become active and discover the diverse cultural and sports opportunities of the area.

Enjoy your break at the Harz Nature Park in this stylish apartment in the Old rectory monument. This apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished in the old style. Relax in the conservatory or use your own garden with fire pit. From the front door you can hike directly and explore the area. The Selketal and Falkenstein Castle are just a few attractions that invite you to great tours in nature.

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. There is a toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also at the disposal of all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.

Welcome to our small, cozy apartment in our animal house. Our animal house is a meeting place for people and animals, (horses, mini pigs, raccoons, dog, cat and chickens). From our location you can take many excursions, explore the great, wooded area, as well as cultural activities, e.g. in nearby Quedlinburg and Thale.
