Holiday rentals with a patio in Ballenstedt

We were at Tim's for a birthday weekend. The accommodation was nice and large and the view was fantastic. Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful balcony because it rained permanently - but the electric fireplace created a cozy alternative here. The apartment was well equipped and everything important you need was available. However, the road to the accommodation was really very broken and full of potholes, so great caution is advised here. All in all, we can recommend the stay with a clear conscience!

We really enjoyed our short stay. The apartment is ideally located to explore the beautiful old town. It is very spacious, wonderfully flooded with light through the high windows,it just looks friendly and welcoming. The small terrace also invites you to linger. Thank you so much for having us as your guests, and thanks again for the quick response regarding the additional parking space. We had a great stay! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is excellent – with a fantastic view over the city and only a few minutes' walk to restaurants and the city center. Perfect starting point for activities and excursions. The apartment itself is stylishly furnished, very clean and offers plenty of space. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was everything you needed. In the beautiful weather, you could enjoy the terrace and the garden after the hikes. For us, the connection to the hiking trails was perfect. And we were also happy about the regional tips! Very happy to come back!

Really great location, very clean, nice apartment, well-equipped kitchen and a great sauna (only one day it was only 40 degrees) and even dog bowls (in which my dog could have swum) and we were even allowed to drive into the yard with two cars - we were very satisfied! Thank you!

Niels is a good and very nice host who responds quickly to messages and with whom you can also chat nicely on site and receive tips for activities. The house is located in a quiet street and yet you can quickly reach the city, close to shopping or restaurants and just as quickly in the countryside. We had everything in the house that was needed and the retro charm of the decor, as well as the beautiful garden, we liked and both we and our dog had, despite the weather, a cozy and relaxing week, thank you for everything Niels and maybe again.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful short break in the Harz. It all started with feeling immediately comfortable and at home in the accommodation. You have everything you need and Dennis was incredibly friendly and proactive. All important information for check-in, check-out and other information that would be important during the stay was given in advance. We felt really comfortable. We will be happy to come back! 😊

We had rented for over a weekend as a couple with Uwe. The place is really special and combines design and feel-good feeling in one. We always felt well taken care of and will be happy to come back again in the summer – to the pool season! Uwe is an excellent and extremely friendly host and the accommodation is a wonderful gem.

The space is a real pearl. The fact that it is not a 0815 apartment is recognizable in the pictures - but in reality it is much more beautiful. Every detail is unique and everything is coordinated. We immediately felt comfortable, everything was there, what you needed and was as described in the listing. A highlight is the small courtyard with the cozy seating area, where I liked to linger. Despite our late arrival, the neighbor showed us the right parking space next to the house and immediately provided us with excursion tips😊. We wanted to explore the Harz over Ascension Day and always looked forward to returning to the accommodation in the evening - because it was sooo beautiful! An all-round successful extended weekend. The cottage of Steffi is within walking distance of the Unstrutradweg and is one of the most beautiful accommodations I have booked so far through AirBnB. The house has almost full equipment, the car can be parked on the property, there is underfloor heating, a beautiful decor, you could even bake cakes or grill in the garden. Clear recommendation.

It’s a hidden gem!! Our recent stay at this Schleiferei Zwei was truly exceptional and one of the best experiences we’ve had in recent times. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a wonderfully peaceful setting that instantly made us feel relaxed and at ease. The house was fully stocked with everything one could possibly need. Every little detail had been thoughtfully provided for, and it made such a difference to our stay. A special highlight was the amazing sandbox, which my toddler absolutely loved. It’s rare to find a place that caters so beautifully to both adults seeking tranquility and children needing space to play. Hartmut and Friederike were incredibly friendly, and proactive, offering great suggestions that made our stay even better. I truly can’t wait to come back again. I can’t recommend this place enough! We left feeling refreshed, and already planning to come back again!

The Berg-Zeit holiday home is something special. Old and modern designs are in perfect harmony here. The living/kitchen area invites you to cook and play together. The rustic square table is ideal for 6 people. After each excursion, we were very happy to arrive back in the mountain time. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and also designed in a rustic/modern style. Communication with Dietmar was possible at all times and there was no question/concern that remained unanswered. The apartment is fantastic. The layout and rooms are comfortable, and it was perfect for our group of three couples – we had a wonderful time. The location is super convenient, you can easily walk there from the train station and it has easy access to public transport nearby for hiking trails. If we ever come back to Goslar, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We (four friends) spent a great weekend in this accommodation and felt comfortable right away. The house is furnished with love and offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The whirlpool was a particular highlight - in wonderful weather we could relax there and let our souls wander. Our host was incredibly attentive and warm. He took care of all our concerns and was always at our side with advice and action. We were particularly pleased with his great recommendations for eating out. The combination of a beautiful accommodation, great weather, lots of laughter with friends and a host who really puts their heart into it made our weekend unforgettable. We will definitely be happy to come back!

The apartment has a unique view of the hills and mountains directly behind the house, a perfect starting point for the first round around the village. EVERYTHING is tip-top clean, plus very cozy. We were two couples in the apartment, which was great in terms of space. Communication with the landlord is very friendly, reliable and accommodating. We felt very comfortable!

The place was in a quiet area as described and you were right in a beautiful forest with great hiking opportunities. A large and very nicely furnished apartment. Right on the edge of the forest, you have a relaxing tranquility and a great starting point for hikes. In the apartment there was everything you need and even more, Elke thought of everything. The view from the balcony is fantastic!
