The sofa converts to a sleeper and there is a large flat screen 3Dtv with surround sound. - Kitchen has a breakfast island, stove, oven, full size refrigerator, and access to all appliances you might need. Stainless appliances and ceasarstone countertops. - The bedroom is located behind iced glass pocket doors. It has a platform queen bed, floor to ceiling closets, a fireplace heater, a flat screen tv, and opens onto the backyard and hot tub. - Outdoor spaces are shared with the front house. - Bathroom with a large shower and rain shower head. - Wireless internet and netflix. - In the heart of Culver City, next to Sony Studios, 5 minute bikeride to downtown Culver City, 2 minute drive to 405, 5 minutes to 10 Freeway, and 4 miles to Venice Beach. 1 block to a great park with tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and pool. - This location is convenient for day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, the world famous Getty Center and Villa; Pan Pacific Park, specific local hiking trails, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Downtown Culver City nightlife and restaurants - Street parking is not a problem. This cozy studio is perfect for someone on an adventure or visiting for business. Culver City is centrally located near all that L.A. has to offer. The studio has air conditioning and heat, a private bathroom, queen size murphy bed and drawers. And, to make your stay more comfortable, enjoy the Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. There is free street parking close to the house. There are stairs to enter the studio (no elevator). I do have a dog who is playful.

Private and quiet, newly refurbished guest house in our back yard with the latest amenities. High end kitchen appliances, new bed and bathroom and a large yard. This is a secluded oasis at the heart of bustling Los Angeles. Museums, businesses, universities and the beach are all in a short driving distance. Walk to Trader Joe's & local resturants. No pets, guide dogs or emotional support animals, please. I am super allergic to fur and cannot have furry animals around.

Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

Anna’s Airbnb was just what we needed for a short getaway to LA. Plenty of delicious taco trucks and stands in walking distance. Inside there are small luxurious touches like Aesop hand soap and a Fellow kettle. The location had a dedicated parking space which was also nice.

This place was incredible! It’s a studio but the kitchen is massive & everything is well decorated. Square footage it’s small but the vaulted ceiling and windows open the place up. David was great, he gave me a late checkout & allowed me to add a person to the reservation after checkin without any charge. We loved the place so much we extended another night without any hassle. David was very responsive! The parking is on the street but I had no issues and stayed there Friday - Saturday and didn’t get back to the studio until 12:30am. The location is perfect, it’s in Venice but a few block from the beach so you don’t have any of the riffraff the neighborhood feels super safe and upscale! We will definitely stay there again. Thanks David for a great stay 🙏🏼
