The Út fan hús apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Our apartment is located in an old farmhouse. With a beautiful view (airport, horse rental). The apartment is quietly located in Ballum, close to supermarket, bike rental and dining options. Also beach and forest are within walking distance (about 1500 meters). On our property there is a second apartment and we also have various animals walking in the meadow (goats, ducks, chickens and ponies).
