Quiet and private place, the house is 1 block and a half from the beach. The main shopping avenue is 4 blocks away, where there is a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Restaurant, Snack Bars, Bakery, Ice Cream Parlor and etc. Barra do Saí, a beach without waves, 4 minutes by car. The 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, kitchen equipped with basic utensils. You need to bring bed linens, pillows, towels (bath and face) and beach accessories. (Located on Coroados Beach/Guaratuba, 1.5 blocks from the beach)

Simple and cozy, located at Praia de Coroados, next to Barra do Saí. The house is at the end of the lot, leaving a vast lawn in front of it. It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.

Nessa casa além de se hospedar a poucos passos do mar você irá usufruir de uma ampla área de convivência com piscina (não aquecida), deck com jacuzzi aquecida, 4 suítes climatizadas com ar condicionado, 2 cozinhas completas com todos os utensílios, churrasqueira, 2 salas de TV e ainda duas varandas com vista para praia. A casa comporta 16 hóspedes e também aceitamos Pets!

We like it very much, local is away, private and in the midst of nature. From the parking lot to the hut is about 250m, and it is necessary to walk along a trail that becomes slippery when wet and has no support, so it requires attention if you are carrying bags and groceries. The host was very attentive. It was a great experience, We Recommend!

My stay in this beach house was simply unforgettable! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with all the details thought out in comfort. The location is amazing, facing the sea, with direct access to the beach through a no gate – which made the experience even more special. The beach in front is a true paradise: quiet, calm and perfect for children. We could enjoy moments of leisure safely, with calm waters and no big waves. The atmosphere is quiet, ideal for those who want to relax and escape the excitement. The house space is large, with integrated areas that make the coexistence even more pleasurable. The sea view from the balcony is stunning, and waking up to the sound of the waves was one of the greatest pleasures of the voyage. There is also a special corner on the terrace with hammock, great to enjoy the sunrise or enjoy an afternoon reading. Sure, it was a relaxing and fun experience for the whole family. I will return whenever possible!

Beautiful house, beautiful place, it matches the description and photos, really the rooms are bigger and more comfortable than what is observed in the photos. We were family, and there were many, we were super comfortable, the house is ready with everything to welcome many people. The access to the beach is a meters away, the place is very quiet. Arnaldo received us in an excellent way and was always available for what we needed. Excellent place, we have a beautiful family vacation.

Staying at Ana's bungalow was a wonderful experience. The place is full of charm and coziness, with a decoration thought out in every detail. The room, simple and charming, wins precisely for its delicacy and good taste. The soft colors of the bungalow convey lightness and help to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The location is also excellent: close to the beach, markets and a bakery. Everything was spotlessly clean. I recommend it with my eyes closed!
