Suite 2, Coroados Guaratuba

The suite is located 150 meters from Coroados Beach in Guaratuba. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: the room has a double bed, a bunk bed and a bathroom. The suite is private, but the kitchen/living room is SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS. The kitchen/living room is located outside and has all the necessary utensils + 1 bathroom with shower and laundry. The environment is family-friendly, noisy parties are not allowed. It has an outdoor area with a large garden with a lawn for parking cars.

Front facing the sea, 5 en-suites w/ air-conditioning, up to 20 people

The house, opened in 2016, sleeps up to 20 people, and is literally located on the side of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no red tape. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two bathrooms, two large balconies and a barbecue. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always nice, but if necessary all the suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

Simple and cozy, located at Praia de Coroados, next to Barra do Saí. The house is at the end of the lot, leaving a vast lawn in front of it. It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.
