Cozy and well equipped, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, as well as a barbecue grill. Ideal for families and couples looking for rest, fun and comfort. It is just half a block from Prainha and a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Enseada and Praia Grande, with easy access to the region's attractions. Close to restaurants, bars, pizzerias, markets, bakeries and essential services. It does not have a garage, but it is possible to park on the street in front of the building, which is quiet.

The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.
