Our stay was excellent! The house is great, very complete, it had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, a very quiet and family place. Communication with Sol and her mother was also great, always a lot requests and responding quickly. We will certainly return on another occasion.

We had a wonderful weekend in this house! Everything is very well organized and equipped, providing a comfortable and worry-free stay. The pool is delicious, and the surrounding atmosphere is super nice. In addition, the beach is quiet, perfect for resting. The accommodation was very much as we expected. The hosts were polite and helpful and the space was very nice. It is a very beautiful house, well equipped for short stays, in a beautiful property with a view of the bay. The hosts live right there, in front of the bnb, and have two dogs and a very friendly cat. The location met our expectations, which was a place of peace and tranquility. It is a fishing village, with many locals, so it's like being in a little town inland. For those looking for different beaches, restaurants, nightlife, etc., it is not a good option. As our case was the opposite, we liked it a lot. The only points of the location are that the access is not so simple and that there are no beaches that are good for bathing nearby. The vibe is more to stay on the waterfront looking at the scenery. Knowing these points, I recommend the stay.

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

We stayed at the property from 06/18 to 06/22, an impeccable apartment, very well maintained, clean and organized, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay, great structure and especially the wonderful view. My family and I are very well hosted! The pictures correspond to what you find in the house, everything clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about taking a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apto is great and the reception as well. The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It is also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Very quiet place, we were with two children and we were not cramped at all. The beach is right in front of the building, and on days when we were looking for a little more action, we stayed on the quieter beach a little further to the side. Entire apartment renovated, building a little older but well divided. One of the beds has a slightly denser orthopedic mattress that does not match our profile but is ideal for those who like it. Super helpful hosts. I'd go back!
