We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

If we could give Matias & Cecilia 10 stars, we would!!! From before arriving, they were super responsive, and answered all our questions. We were allowed to check in earlier as our plane schedule was modified. Cecilia waited for us at the door, and gave us a little tour. The place is absolutely gorgeous. We felt like we were at a real home. The decor was impeccable and fitted the place. The apartment has tons of natural light, and lamps have dimmers so at night you can get some relaxing lights. The bed was super comfy and the bathrom was IMPECCABLE. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals. There was tea, coffee, sugar, salt and oil, as described. This will be our got to place when we return to Buenos Aires, and we cannot recommend it enough!!!!

O apartamento e ainda mais bonito pessoalmente, muito bem localizado, no bairro de Palermo Soho onde você poderá encontrar os melhores restaurantes e cafeterias e andar tranquilamente a pé à noite (mesmo para uma viajante solo como eu). Além de ter uma cozinha super equipada para preparar sua comida em um dia que não esteja com vontade de sair ou mesmo fazer seu próprio café da manhã em uma manhã fria e chuvosa. Azul e Nico são excelentes anfitriões, foram super atenciosos com meu check-in tardio e me ajudaram como uma limpeza extra, pois tive bastante dias de hospedagem. Super indico para quem está indo conhecer Buenos Aires, você estará na melhor região da cidade. Um grande abraço.

Amazingly smooth check in with a real live person! The apartment is fantastic – spacious and comfortable while very close to everything you want to see in Palermo

We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com minha estadia! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos — muito limpo, bem cuidado e com uma vista maravilhosa que fez toda a diferença na experiência. A casa é super equipada, com todos os utensílios e comodidades que precisei durante a viagem. Dá pra ver que tudo foi pensado com carinho para o conforto dos hóspedes. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo para quem busca um lugar aconchegante, funcional e com uma vista de tirar o fôlego! Super quentinho! Único ponto mas que não atrapalhou em nada é que o chuveiro é baixo e meu marido era alto, mas não foi nada que atrapalhou.

Worth every penny! This place is gorgeous and the location is exceptional. Just half a block from stunning Recoleta cemetery, and everything you can need in between (bars, restaurants, Supermarket, and pharmacies). I think this location is unbeatable. Nancy gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment upon arrival. She was kind and professional and took the extra time to give us directions to get to a couple places we need to go. Victoria and her team were very responsive and kind at all times. After a terrible experience with a different host in the city the day before, dealing with Victoria and her team was such a refreshing experience! I cannot recomend this apartment enough! We felt right at home! Thank you Nancy and Victoria!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Recoleta, Buenos Aires. The apartment was exactly like the pictures—very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The working space was especially functional, complete with USB ports and outlets that worked perfectly with my U.S. devices, which was a big plus. The location couldn’t have been better—I was able to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and museums in the Recoleta area. The host was incredibly accommodating and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!
