Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ban Chang

it's my first 4th visit to thailand but this private room is my best so far,nice location ,clean,private POOL😙 ,staff always respond quickly. por and Kate are superb host ,ready to help ,,If you need something they will help you at ease....THANKS....

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Its was great for someone who likes to have a good quality of sleep and also easy to beach and convenient store

As always good, I have stayed for the third time, the host was very friendly and helpful, this time I spent forty days here happy holiday!

Our group of ten had the most unforgettable stay at this exceptional pool villa in Pattaya! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful design, outstanding furniture, and luxurious accommodations — everything was thoughtfully prepared to the highest standard. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suited for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. The private pool and stunning amenities provided the perfect setting for laughter, relaxation, and creating memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Our host was simply outstanding — incredibly polite, highly responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and worry-free. Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Zentral gelegen und mit dem Bike in ca 10 Minuten am Strand und mitten im Zentrum wo es unzählige Restaurants und Bars gibt.

Feels right at home the moment we stepped into her apartment! Everything in the home fits exactly from the photo in the listing. Host is exceptionally responsive and friendly. Water pressure in both bathrooms are great! all rooms have awesome view of the beach and surroundings. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
