A fantastic stay here, really spacious, light and a great location. All the rooms were very well presented. Minutes walk to a lovely park to walk the dogs and shops.

We had a wonderful stay in Kemnay! The house far exceeded our expectations and the location was within walking distance of groceries and drinks!

Had a wonderful few days at the Steading. Beautiful large spacious home with careful thought put into amenities for guests. Highlights were the hot tub and barbecue hut. Highly recommend a stay at this great property

Really lovely place to spend some time with the family - ground floor access was perfect for the less mobile members of our party and the underfloor heating was great! So quiet and away from it all and great for the dogs as well - plenty of enclosed space for them to run about and not far from some lovely country walks. A few minor niggles with the property but nothing to detract from the scale of the place. We were a party of 7 and it could easily sleep 10.

The hosts were responsive and self check in was explained well so that made it easy. The house was better than it looked online, really nice place with a big garden and everything required provided for us. Each room had a smart tv in it which is a nice touch and kitchen had useful amenities in. There is a big ASDA with a McDonald’s inside only a 15-20 minute walk away plus also a pub and a harvester closer than this so it was a good location. We stayed here and mostly visited Aberdeen town each night which was under £10 in a taxi so easily doable. Would definitely stay here again if I was visiting nearby, definitely deserved 5 stars.

We had such a brilliant stay at Lewis Lodge – already talking about when we can come back. There were seven of us (plus a couple of very content dogs), and the place felt like a proper home from home. The kitchen was definitely the heart of the house – the big island easily sat all of us, and it had everything we needed. We cooked every night: lazy breakfasts, full-on Sunday roasts, and everything in between. The log burner was a favourite too – nothing better than coming back from a walk and settling in by the fire. Speaking of walks, the riverside ones nearby are gorgeous, and The Balmoral Arms is just five minutes away – perfect for a drink by another roaring fire. Peaceful, welcoming, and just a lovely place to spend time with good people (and good dogs). Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful setting and high standard of cleanliness. House finished to a great standard and had everything we needed. Celebrated my 40th (12 of us) and it was perfect. Louise left a personalised note with a few bottles of fizz for us which I thought was lovely. Would recommend.

This place was very unique, beautiful and peaceful. Andreas was very helpful and responsive in assisting with our late arrival and any of our needs. The space was fantastic for our extended family of 10. It served as a great hub for Inverness, Aberdeen, Balmoral, and the surrounding areas. Wish we had more time just to sit in the garden.

We’ve been there for 2nights and our experience was amazingly fabulous…. Especially the host was very friendly and co operative as well as supportive … I liked each and everything about that place and the hospitality given by the host…we enjoyed the jacuzzi(hot tub) and sauna …. Very very affordable with the services which they provided…. Must must recommended place to stay in Scotland.

What an amazing place, situated in stunning picturesque surroundings. The house's location in quite remote and very quite with us not seeing another person whilst at the property. The house is stunning with alot of character and charm. A modern kichen with all the appliances and utensils you could need, spacious recently renovated bathrooms, comfy beds with good quality bedding and towels and the large garden and play equipment were a hit with the kids. I would highly recommend this place.

We had an excellent few days here visiting the mountain bike trails in the area. The place was beautiful and I only wish I could of stayed for longer. Highly recommend

Great holiday home! Super location within easy walking distance of the village. Great garden and easy forest access for the dogs. The hosts had provided everything we needed, plus a ‘welcome pack’ for us and dog biscuits for our four legged companions. Such a lovely gesture and very much appreciated! We highly recommend Dalnaglar!

We stayed here for a week with our grown children and their partners. Alasdair's cottage was perfect. It immediately felt cosy and comfortable. The games barn was a fun addition, and a great place to store our bikes when not in use. We got the hot tub going and once up to temperature it was easy enough to keep it ticking over for several evenings. The kitchen was well appointed, enough utensils, crockery and pans for us to cook each night. The cottage is next to open fields and farm land with quiet roads that lead to Cublin Forest. This was an amazing place to explore on foot and on bike, especially the peninsula that runs along the Findhorn Estuary and into the sea. Deserted beach and inquisitive seals. We also drove about an hour north to do some hiking at Glenmore in the Cairngorms. After our busy days adventuring it was always great to return to the cottage to relax and sleep soundly in the super size comfortable beds.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home in Scotland! There were 8 of us and every single one of us loved it. The place was absolutely stunning, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking and made the whole experience feel extra special. The hosts were brilliant, really communicative, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Would 100% recommend this place. We’re already talking about coming back!

I went with 12 family members and pictures don’t do justice to this fantastic spot! Absolutely would recommend to everyone. Very peaceful surroundings so many things to do inside and outside the lodge. Alan was really really helpful answered pretty much straightaway to every message I sent. Not a single cobweb in sight around the whole lodge and this place is huge! All the facilities and amenities you need are located within the house.
