We really enjoyed our-stay at sammy place. He is very polite and good communicator.Everything is close by. Price wise very very reasonable . Really five star place. Ocean front really beautiful. We will stay again:)

Lovely condo in Pattaya. Really clean, modern building and apartment right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and very near the beach. Rooftop pool and gym were great. Host was super responsive and wonderful!

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

The villa is very cost-effective.Among all the villas I've stayed in Pattaya, this price for a villa so close to the beach and within walking distance of the Central Night Market is really great, highly recommended

The house is really great, we loved it! In fact there were 2 houses we could live in. Pool, sauna and outdoor shower also nice. But you need a car to live there. Taxis are cheap, but in evenings not always available.

It is a brand new apartment, the interior is warm and elegant, the bed is large and comfortable, the same private beach only needs to go through another building, about five minutes, 711 is about 10 minutes on foot, it is a little far away, just like a walk, there is a nice restaurant next door to the 711, the apartment is very good value for money, suitable for those who need quiet, recommended 5🌟

Enjoyed the stay overall. Good, lively location at the harbor/temple, sometimes a little louder. Provided bikes are rather poor.

Really nice little apartment for a solo traveler with everything in it and some nice art work on the walls. The host is very friendly and helpful and the building is quiet as is the neighborhood.

Great condo, wonderful apartment and helpful hostess ❤️ The apartment fully corresponds to the description, even more than we expected: the kitchen has a stove, a full-fledged refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for 4 people, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster; in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hairdryer, curling iron; there is also a vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioners, laundry dryer. The mattress is good, the pillows are comfortable, the sofa is clean The condo is quite new, located a little remote, but at the same time I have all the infrastructure. There is a children's room, co-working space, gym, billiards. 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants and massage machines nearby, 10 minutes walk to 7/11 Of the disadvantages - there are ants in the apartment Nuke is always available, responds quickly, tries to help. Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have .
