Holiday rentals with beach access in Bang Sare

We really enjoyed our-stay at sammy place. He is very polite and good communicator.Everything is close by. Price wise very very reasonable . Really five star place. Ocean front really beautiful. We will stay again:)

We really enjoy the place we've stay. Aminities are awesome, the space are clean and tidy, staff are all accommodating and helpful. Its worth the money that we paid for. Highly recommend. Will definetely go back and stay there again. See you next vist and keep it up.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with great access to local amenities. The balcony was a lovely bonus, offering a relaxing spot to unwind and take in the views. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs et conciliants notamment sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. A la moindre question ils m'ont répondu très rapidement. Concernant le logement, il n'y avait aucune mauvaise surprise en arrivant, tout était telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Le logement est par ailleurs bien situé, et au calme, loin du tumulte de Pattaya. Un grand merci aux hôtes, je garde cette adresse dans mes favoris ^^ Khob khun khrap !

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Yiqiong war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Отличное жилье, прекрасный владелец. У нас была поддержка и помощь от Ванвисы - постоянно на связи. Само жилье очень уютное. Есть парковка для нескольких байков или 1ой машины. До пляжа ехать минут 15. Рядом есть большой магазин Лотус.

Our group of ten had the most unforgettable stay at this exceptional pool villa in Pattaya! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful design, outstanding furniture, and luxurious accommodations — everything was thoughtfully prepared to the highest standard. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suited for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. The private pool and stunning amenities provided the perfect setting for laughter, relaxation, and creating memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Every corner of the villa reflects a true sense of style and comfort. Our host was simply outstanding — incredibly polite, highly responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and worry-free. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a five-star resort combined with the warmth of a home, but this villa managed to achieve exactly that. We are beyond impressed and grateful for this amazing experience.

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

别墅性价比非常的高。在我入住芭提雅这么多的别墅里面，这个价格能租到离中天夜市海边步行这么近的距离的别墅，真的是非常的好，强烈推荐啊

这是一座神奇的房子，充满了家的氛围。从装饰装潢到干净的床单、浴巾，住在里面甚至比家里还要舒服。David和Mena在我们入住的期间也像家人一样给了我们悉心的照料，第一次见面的时候我们之间没有一点陌生感，反倒像是相识了多年的朋友一样，他们和我们分享这座房子的故事与生活中的快乐，我们真的很不舍得离开。分别的时候大家都依依不舍，甚至留下了感动的热泪。毋庸置疑，这次旅途是我十多年旅行经历中最为感动的一次，我也一定会再次造访，再来的时候一定要多点时间，这样的旅行经历真的是太难得了。

它是一个全新的公寓，内饰温馨典雅，床又大又舒服，同样私人海滩只需要穿过另一栋建筑，大概五分钟到达，711大概步行10分钟，距离稍微有点远，就当散步，711隔壁叶子店隔壁有家不错的餐厅，公寓性价比很高，适合需要宁静的人入住，推荐5颗🌟

Habe Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genoßen. Gute, quirlige lage am hafen/tempel, dadurch manchmal etwas lauter. Zur Verfügung gestellte räder sind eher schlecht.

这次住的特别好，整栋大楼很安全，有保安，还会给你按电梯，去中天海滩步行3分钟。房间设施齐全，甚至还有食用油，虽然没用，但很温馨，特别适合全家出游！入住了4晚，免费提供2瓶水，2盒泡面，咖啡。房间很干净，入住期间不提供房间清洁，自己还可以用吸尘器弄一下。海滩边吃饭一条街，711也很近。房间隔音不太好，但是一点也不吵，可能入住率不高，总之很推荐，下次还来！

Die Wohnung bietet einen fantastischen Rundumblick mit direktem Meerblick – allein das war schon ein Highlight! Sie ist voll ausgestattet, es hat mir wirklich an nichts gefehlt, alles war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Ivan ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, der Check-in lief absolut reibungslos und die Kommunikation war super angenehm. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Wohnung ist ziemlich vollgestellt, was Geschmackssache ist – und morgens gab es gelegentlich einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Laut Ivan lässt sich das leider nicht ganz vermeiden, für mich war’s aber noch im Rahmen. Ich habe mich so wohlgefühlt, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt sogar verlängert habe – das sagt ja schon alles!

Отличное кондо, замечательная квартира и отзывчивая хозяйка ❤️ Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, по наполнение- даже больше, чем мы ожидали: на кухне есть плита, полноценный холодильник, вся необходимая посуда для 4х человек, рисоварка, кофеварка, микроволновка, тостер; в ванной: гель, шампунь, фен, плойка, утюжок для волос; также есть пылесос, вентиляторы, кондиционеры, сушилка для белья. Матрас хороший, подушки удобные, диван чистый Кондо вполне новый, расположен немного удалено, но при это я вся инфраструктура имеется. Есть детская комната, коворкинг, тренажерка, бильярд. До пляжа 5 минут, ресторанчики и массажницы поблизости, до 7/11 минут 10 пешком Из минусов- в квартире есть муравьи Nuke постоянно на связи, отвечает быстро, старается помочь. Огромная благодарность Вам за наш комфорт во время отпуска 🙏 ❤️

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .
