A great place to stay, view to the sea is amazing everything on your doorstep. Great pool well equipped flat. The host was very kind 5 * All ways round 👍

Nice apartment on the 23rd floor,chic view of the bay, bombs sunsets! Sometimes there is a smell of sewage, but it looks like it happens throughout the condo. The price is a little overpriced, the furniture is also not the first freshness, but in general the host was a very responsive person.

Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

Fantastic time at Jan's house. It was perfect for my family, very spacious and ticked all the boxes for us. Very peaceful and private, staff very helpful and amenities very good. We regularly used the gym and pool. Jan was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful with the way the house was presented. I would recommend own transport if you stay here, we had a car so it was no issue for us. Bang Sare is 10 min drive and Sattahip around 15 mins, both are great for food, drink and relaxation. Jans place is definitely recommended.👍🏻

Everything was great. The house is amazing: 1) very clean, 2) mosquito nets, 3) land for walking barefoot (grounding) Super quite area. Owner was friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

we spent a lovely weekend in the villa. spacious and confortable. it's nice to enjoy a BBQ on the terrace :)

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

The place is private, not far from the beach, 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful private crystal clear water beach.

Beautiful home in a nice, secure private location with a private pool that has jacuzzi jets and perfect surroundings. This wonderful Thai style villa is spacious, immaculate and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The Glass House and Cave beach food and entertainment complexes are a 5 minute drive around the corner, and the Pattaya Floating Market is a 10 minute drive away. It is also a short 10-15 minute drive away from Jomtien Beach and all the activities and restaurants it offers. Perfect location to spend a wonderful location with family and\or friends. We’ll definitely look to stay here again and again.

The house is really great, we loved it! In fact there were 2 houses we could live in. Pool, sauna and outdoor shower also nice. But you need a car to live there. Taxis are cheap, but in evenings not always available.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Namthip’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—walk in to the private beach and attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Namthip was an exceptional host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly welcoming. The little touches, like a thoughtfully curated welcome basket and clear check-in instructions, made the experience even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back myself!

Enjoyed the stay overall. Good, lively location at the harbor/temple, sometimes a little louder. Provided bikes are rather poor.

It is a brand new apartment, the interior is warm and elegant, the bed is large and comfortable, the same private beach only needs to go through another building, about five minutes, 711 is about 10 minutes on foot, it is a little far away, just like a walk, there is a nice restaurant next door to the 711, the apartment is very good value for money, suitable for those who need quiet, recommended 5🌟

Super nice apartment with the most beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Huge and nice pool area. We arrived before the agreed check-in time and May was available right away and made check-in smooth. (code on door had to be rescheduled when we arrived early)

Great condo, wonderful apartment and helpful hostess ❤️ The apartment fully corresponds to the description, even more than we expected: the kitchen has a stove, a full-fledged refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for 4 people, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster; in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hairdryer, curling iron; there is also a vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioners, laundry dryer. The mattress is good, the pillows are comfortable, the sofa is clean The condo is quite new, located a little remote, but at the same time I have all the infrastructure. There is a children's room, co-working space, gym, billiards. 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants and massage machines nearby, 10 minutes walk to 7/11 Of the disadvantages - there are ants in the apartment Nuke is always available, responds quickly, tries to help. Spacious 3 bedroom condo. Even there was a broken drawer and flippers a bit messy at the entrance, everything else was great!!! The host was very responsive to solve an a/c issue with no circuit. Great views and lots of things to do. We like swimming pool, tennis court and beach access. Restaurants are in good reach. Staffs at the condo are nice, friendly and helpful too.

perfect spot. many local seafood restaurants nearby. comfy beds, main floor balcony is steps from the beach. never saw anyone at the rooftop pool, amazing sunset views. -Host Takahiko is wonderful!

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.
