This house is situated outside the city center, away from the noise and daily bustle of everyday life. The house has a vast garden and is surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue. Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

Casa Marta is a beautiful newly built small modern villa with a private pool, designed with love and care that offers its guests a perfect holiday, for anyone looking for a different form of vacation, away from the summer hustle and bustle of tourist centers. The house is in a quiet location in the town of Marčana, 10 km from Pula, 8 km from the first beach, 5 km restaurant and 1.5 km shop.
