The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. "CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
