Access to the beach is direct from the residence and from the end of November the Christmas market in Le Barcarès takes its neighborhoods downstairs from the building. On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen. Two bay windows give you access to the large terrace with views of the lake and the Canigou, which is sunny all afternoon.
