Holiday rentals with lake access in Barcarès

A few very pleasant days spent at Sandra and Sylvain's. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished farmhouse. Thanks to Sandra for her responsiveness during our exchanges and to Elodie during our departure (and for the rousquilles on our arrival😊).

Christine and her husband are great, very kind and attentive. They are very attentive and responsive. The accommodation is very cute, well-equipped (for babies as well). The terrace is very cute and we were able to enjoy it (despite the mosquitoes: thank you to the mosquito repellent lent by Christine): it is shaded and well equipped. Restaurants, beach, bakeries are within walking distance. We had a great time at La Franqui at Christine's. Thank you!

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately comfortable and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Certainly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external elements mean that these are not always possible. But the feeling of living in harmony with nature makes you forget these small inconveniences.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The air conditioning was a comfort in view of the high temperatures. Shops are nearby and easily accessible. I recommend it!

Great place, clean apartment and communal areas. Very safe and secure. So close to the beach which is clean and sandy. Great restaurants nearby. We hired bikes and explored the area, great bike paths. Parking was secure and easy to find. Beatrice was so kind and helpful, meeting us at the entrance and being flexible with check in. She was on hand when we had any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Philippe gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout—super quick response times—and he even picked us up from the coach station, which was very much appreciated. The flat itself has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and more. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. There's also a lovely promenade, ideal for walks along the beach. I definitely recommend this property, and if we return to Canet-Plage, we will absolutely stay here again!

The sea view is really superb and the accommodation is very welcoming with a bright and pleasant stay. Sébastien our host was very nice. Keep in mind that the room is quite small and is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood at the back of the building is dynamic with many bars and the unobstructed festive noises can disturb the most sensitive. The experience is positive for us. Great stay at Cécile's. The apartment is not big but functional! Absolutely nothing is missing... And it was impeccably clean. The location is ideal both for getting to the Christmas market, a 5-minute walk, and the beach, 2 minutes. Finally Cécile accepted our late and last minute arrival following a health problem with my husband. I recommend it!

The accommodation is very well located, on the waterfront, and a few meters from the beach. The space was clean and has everything you need to have a great time, whether alone or with others. I highly recommend it and will not hesitate to come back! Communication with Sebastien was great!

Julie's house is spotless, fully equipped and completely corresponds to the photo presentation. Check in is easy and contact with Julie is very adequate. You will always receive a response within an hour. It is a real village house; after a five-minute walk you drink your morning coffee and eat your treat from the bakery on a cosy, lively terrace in the centre. Heartily recommended, this house.

The house is in the back of the complex, on the small path of the canal. It is very nice and practically renovated, has two rooms about the same size and the attic with two sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave and oven, as well as a large fridge including freezer. For us (two couples with 1 dog) it was a wonderful time, very relaxing! The surroundings are a dream, we often went hiking or cycling. The sea is nice and close and this year we got to know the small natural paradise "Petit Dosse", very close by. Cecile is very friendly, likeable, well organized and accommodating - the handover of the apartment and communication with her was very straightforward and pleasant! We would love to vacation again in this Mas!

Superb Mas located on the fishermen's island and very well equipped. The location is perfect, right next to the restaurant and pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is a little gem, right at the beautiful beach of Leucate. It is clean, comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay at the Midieteranian sea. Ralf and Irina are the perfect hosts, friendly, relaxed, helpful and responsive. We would come back in a heartbeat!

A cute little place in a beautiful, peaceful location on the lake. A bread van in the mornings and some evenings there was pizza or mussels in the square. 2 lovely pools, table tennis and direct access to the lake. 15-20 mins to several beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay!
