Beautiful location, lovely view. Had everything we needed.

Excellent location of the studio, close to shops and the beach, very well equipped, very convenient private parking. Benoit and Frédérique are very responsive. Small downside, we were unable to lower the roller shutter which would have allowed us to lower the temperature of the studio without having to use the air conditioning. Great stay.

Anniversaire is a great host, very welcoming, a very kind person. I highly recommend

The accommodation is great, it totally meets the needs we had for the Pentecost weekend, peaceful and pleasant. The best of the best, the cherry on the cake, is this large terrace that allows you to enjoy the setting, the sun and the sea view. I would recommend this place for your vacation.

When we arrived we had a small problem with the front door with code. The case was not working. A neighbor opened the door for us. The apartment is very nice, superb and quiet view. Well maintained. Beautiful beach with fine sand 100 meters from the apartment. Advantage of a closed and easily accessible garage. Thank you, Véronique, for the little welcome gift. We had a wonderful stay. Stayed as a 3 with my brother and my darling and it was perfect. Exceptional location and view, close to all shops and restaurants and 2 steps from the sea, thank you!

We came with our two young children the first week of June, we had an excellent vacation. Everything was close by on foot, whether it was the beach, the seawater pool at the top for the children, the market 10-15 minutes' walk away, the house has everything you need, it is very clean, accessible from both sides to the beach. We had a great time as a family. Thank you very much, I specify the place is extremely quiet as we went no noise in the evening which allowed us to rest well and if necessary the rooms in the afternoon for the children perfect.

Great stay at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, barely 5 minutes' walk from the pine beach. And only 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The accommodation has many amenities that make sure you don't miss anything on arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable. No complaints, ideal for enjoying the sea!

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment with a beautiful private garden. It is very well situated in easy walking distance of the shops, the beach and the village centre in Le Bacarès, where there’s lots going on - we intended to hire a car but we didn’t need one. David and Karine were very helpful and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed our stay is this beautiful part of France. Highly recommended!

A single set of keys is not enough for a couple, especially since you need the badge to access the residence and the building. It was the only thing that was problematic during the stay because you had to call each other all the time to be able to get home and we had to go down the street since it's a residence with two buildings
