The accommodation is great, it totally meets the needs we had for the Pentecost weekend, peaceful and pleasant. The best of the best, the cherry on the cake, is this large terrace that allows you to enjoy the setting, the sun and the sea view. I would recommend this place for your vacation.

Hello. We had a lovely stay, the apartment has an exceptional view and is very clean. Special mention for the super welcome from the concierge.

When we arrived we had a small problem with the front door with code. The case was not working. A neighbor opened the door for us. The apartment is very nice, superb and quiet view. Well maintained. Beautiful beach with fine sand 100 meters from the apartment. Advantage of a closed and easily accessible garage. Thank you, Véronique, for the little welcome gift. We had a wonderful stay. Stayed as a 3 with my brother and my darling and it was perfect. Exceptional location and view, close to all shops and restaurants and 2 steps from the sea, thank you!

We came with our two young children the first week of June, we had an excellent vacation. Everything was close by on foot, whether it was the beach, the seawater pool at the top for the children, the market 10-15 minutes' walk away, the house has everything you need, it is very clean, accessible from both sides to the beach. We had a great time as a family. Thank you very much, I specify the place is extremely quiet as we went no noise in the evening which allowed us to rest well and if necessary the rooms in the afternoon for the children perfect.

Great stay at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, barely 5 minutes' walk from the pine beach. And only 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The accommodation has many amenities that make sure you don't miss anything on arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable. No complaints, ideal for enjoying the sea!

The apartment was super well appointed and fully met my expectations. Since I was there in the low season, it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony with sea view is amazing. The accommodation is quiet, well-equipped, and offers a very nice view of the port, which is particularly pleasant. We also really appreciated the dedicated parking space in the residence's secure parking, a real plus to enjoy the stay peacefully. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the presence of a bathroom as well as a shower room in one of the bedrooms was really convenient and appreciable. We recommend it without hesitation!

A very well located apartment close to the city while being located in a quiet area. The view and the environment are beautiful, the equipment of the apartment and terrace is very very complete. Very nice apartment, in a quiet residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, very well equipped. 5 minutes' drive to the beach. Self check-in and very clear instructions to access the accommodation.

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment with a beautiful private garden. It is very well situated in easy walking distance of the shops, the beach and the village centre in Le Bacarès, where there’s lots going on - we intended to hire a car but we didn’t need one. David and Karine were very helpful and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed our stay is this beautiful part of France. Highly recommended!

Hi Kerina, Thank you so much for your listing, which matches the photos and description. We had a great time. The beach on foot is well accessible with a nice little walk through the palm forest ( my 7 year old child who likes to walk well loved). All amenities are close by, on foot, by bike or car. The accommodation is great, the upper cabin part is great for children ( you made a happy one). Perpignan is not far, to visit, Spain, the vermeille coast🥰. We had a great time. We highly recommend Christophe and Kerina's place. We'll come back to that. We also thank Robert the neighbor who is super nice and very good advice.
