Beautiful! Both the home and the landscape. The views of Lake Gutierrez and the beautiful Cerro Catedral all day long. Very easily accessible, you can reach many places avoiding downtown. Equipped with everything you need, also for cooking and it is very good to have another grillboard inside for when it is cold. Very good attention from Pablo and Giorgina. We already want to come back!!!

Excellent accommodation in an unbeatable setting to rest and relax for a few days with everything you need to have a good time, in a beautiful natural setting with an incredible view of the lake. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Away from downtown noise but only a few minutes drive away. Very close to supermarket, pharmacy and several shops within a few minutes walk. Daniela was an excellent host, she was always on order, she responded quickly and was super friendly. 100% recommended.

Gines' house is as shown in the publication. It is a very comfortable house and strategically located in Bariloche. From the house one can go quickly to all points of interest in Bariloche. In our case we had a car, in my opinion it is highly recommended to take a car or rent to drive without problems in the surroundings .

Isabella is a great host, the surroundings and the house are spectacular, the pool is a luxury, we felt right at home.

We were 3 parents with 7 young children skiing. The house is excellent, very spacious, decorated with all the details, very well equipped, very safe (within a Country), reasonably well located (20 minutes from Cerro and 15 from downtown). A very large jacuzzi that we enjoyed to recover from skiing. We'll definitely be back next ski season.

Beautiful cabin and place! We had several unfortunate problems, such as the kitchen faucet was lost and could not be used, or we could not enter the cabin one day, but the truth is that she always responded and solved everything efficiently. Thank you very much Caro, we hope to return soon!

The house is beautiful with amazing views on the lake. There’s also a garden with fruits berries and vegetables that our toddler enjoyed. Walter is great. He helped us a lot when we had a medical issue with our infant son, which we are very grateful for. Walter is easy to talk to, he always responds promptly and helps with any issue you might have.

The house is sensational. We host in 7 people. very comfortable with a great view of Lake Gutierrez. 15 min from the center of Bariloche. host support and impeccable facilities.

We had an excellent experience in this house in Bariloche. The property is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions and with incredible views of the Patagonian landscape. I especially highlight the tranquility of the environment and the warmth of the home. Celina was very kind and attentive from the first moment, always available to answer any questions. We would definitely choose this place again for future visits. Thank you for everything!

El Remanso was absolutely stunning, a lovely house perched on the edge of a cliff! The interior is decorated with vintage pots and pans and antique skiing equipment. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect for our needs, about ten minutes outside of town and not far from an amazing ice cream place called Heladeria Humus. Some other reviewers expressed worries about the dirt/gravel road, but we didn't find it a problem at all - don't forget that you're going to need to drive on roads of that kind to reach many of the hikes and other attractions in Patagonia anyway.

The house is new, equipped and beautiful! The spaces are very comfortable and well decorated, you don't even want to go out. The stay was amazing, the hosts are very kind and attentive. The condominium is beautiful, and the highlight is the views from the windows of the house. Everything perfect in every detail!

If you have a car, don’t hesitate and book this place. Best value for money in Bariloche. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the house is great. It has everything you probably need and Dina is a great and responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!

The house is as shown in the pictures. Very comfortable, neat and clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was always very kind and helpful. Paula's house was better than expected in every sense, the best was the view, trully amazing to the lake , mountains and trees. You dont see power lines or other houses, just nature and only 5 minutes from the centre of Bariloche. The last morning we woke up to see fresh snow on the top of the mountains. The house is modern, well kept, clean and the kitchen appliances , cuttlery and dishes are new and in good working order. Paula was more than helpfull with information in general and even more with suggestions of what to do with our grandsons . It was hard to leave.

we had a great time at this house. we had 3 couples and we each had our own space and bathroom. the views were spectacular!

I went 4 nights with 8 friends, the house is very well located, it is just like the photos, it was very clean, the sheets and towels are spotless. The only one is a house of many years, and the upstairs floor makes a lot of noise, but we were all adults and we did not give it importance. Back!! excellent location and view.

Had a great time at this location! An amazing place to relax, disconnect from the world and connect with nature. The place is surrounded by many trails, and you great views right from the window. Emmanuel is a very sweet host too. Recommend to everyone!

The house is extremely comfortable, both the bedrooms and the living areas; the kitchen is well-stocked. It has everything you'd expect, and everything works. It has a well-equipped and comfortable gazebo. The house is on high ground and has very nice views, the property is very spacious and the garden is well maintained. The area is very nice; it is inside a gated community with security - which gives you extra peace of mind - but since it is so big there are walks to take within the neighborhood itself. In addition, both Cristian and Mrs. Ermy, who is in charge of maintenance, respond quickly to any questions. Without a doubt, an excellent option, highly recommended.
