José Luis' house is very functional, and it shows that it is a house that was made to live in. It has many details that make it very practical. We spent a week and enjoyed it very much, the view is great and with direct beach access. Everything works well and José Luis' service was excellent. It is recommended!

Simply EXCELLENT, the house is a 10, in every way, Gabriel the host is SUPER ATTENTIVE, Cecilia the manager is an 11 out of 10, super busy with the house and that nothing is missing, the truth is it's a place to return 1 and 1000 times, our daughters, my wife and I felt at home. We had an excellent experience in this house in Bariloche. The property is comfortable, well-equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay. The location is ideal: close to the main attractions and with incredible views of the Patagonian landscape. I especially highlight the tranquility of the environment and the warmth of the home. Celina was very kind and attentive from the first moment, always available to answer any questions. We would definitely choose this place again for future visits. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much ☺️ Perfect for a family of 2-3 people. There is a firepit, BBQ on the property. There are trees, roses and melissa growing. The house is warm because there is a heated floor. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and thanks to the heavy blanket, you fall asleep faster. Kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking. There is tea, coffee, cocoa, spices and oil. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the neighbor's dog's loud barking, but it was quiet the rest of the nights. Sometimes the internet went down, but it wasn't critical for us. We were without a car, so there is little choice of places nearby and they are not always open to keep this in mind. From the establishments, we recommend a burger shop. Within a walking distance there is a mini supermarket, a supermarket, a lake, a park. Cris allowed us to check in a little earlier and later check out. Shared with map and local recommendations.

Great place, quiet, in the middle of the mountains, easy to access, the house is very cozy. The host was always attentive, I would definitely return.

The place has an amazing view. It's no doubt to recommend, it was all spotless, the access instructions were clear. I would stay in the place again, it was clean, with full utensils, towels and with comfortable facilities. The only thing to keep in mind I recommend going by car since the accommodation is in height, which gives it a beautiful view.

The house is impeccable! Beautiful, comfortable, well cared for... you can see the good taste in the smallest detail. The host, Silvia, is a genius! Very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, at the foot of the bell tower hill. It doesn't matter when we would return to Bariloche, winter, autumn, spring, summer.....what we do know is where we would stay. Everything was impeccable! The only bad thing is that Airbnb won't let you give more than 5 stars!

The stay in Carola's apartment seemed perfect to me. The apartment is very nice, with a spectacular terrace overlooking the lake. Communication with the host was always smooth and clear. Carola was very attentive. The location is very convenient, in a nice neighborhood, in the center of Bariloche. The building is modern, with very good elevators and general structure. Highly recommended!

Very well located apartment in Bariloche, close to Carrefour, bakeries, pharmacies and Kiosk, and a quiet distance to the main street. Everything was organized and communication with Alejandra was good. Just a few important points to note before booking: - There is no parking in the building, so for those who go by car or rent, you need to leave it on the street. - The checkout was inflexible, being at 10 am. As in winter, the day dawns later, be prepared to get out of bed early to get everything organized and leave on time.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, nice and well organized, the location is ideal, absolutely everything is close by, ideal for us who went without a vehicle, I would definitely choose it again if I go back, Celina is very kind and cordial, we did early check in without any problem because our flight arrived at noon

The apartment is as it appears in the photos and even more beautiful. What we enjoyed the most was the courtyard, which is really beautiful. Beyond that, it is super functional, very comfortable, quiet and well located. There's really nothing to improve because everything is perfect, we wouldn't change anything! Something that was important to the family is that the mattress is comfortable and that there is a coffee maker (which I did not see in the photos). You can rest assured that the mattress is super comfortable and the apartment has everything for a beautiful stay, even the coffee maker =). It is very well located, very close to the lake, close to the civic center, There are many businesses and restaurants in the area, and it is even well located for public transportation. Maria Alejandra always responded quickly and super kindly, attentive to every detail, the income and always very willing to answer all the questions we asked her. We hope to return to Bariloche soon and be able to stay in the apartment again.

Kiru is a wonderful host who was very responsive, had great communication before and after the trip, greeted me during my stay and was willing to help with anything needed. I hope to be able to stay with him in the future if I ever return to Bariloche.

The accommodation is beautiful and all the equipment is top quality. Very comfortable, spacious, with good views, bright and quiet. The pool is huge, very nice and is just over 1 block from the accommodation within the same complex. The water was at a pleasant temperature. There are a lot of workers since the complex is under construction, but everyone is very friendly and we were not bothered by the noise that could be generated. We would definitely come back!

excellent location and right on the lake. parking was good and safe. everything you could need was provided. nothing was missed. she even helped us when we arrived late with ordering food and she was great to do that. we will be staying again at her place 100%. Top shelf..the best!!
