The house is close to the center in a quiet condominium, free parking in front of the house (available anytime). 50 meters to the main street, 350m & 600m to the nearest beaches. The house has a traditional architecture and was partially renovated in 2018. Has good sized areas, great natural temperature for summer/winter and a private balcony facing the garden where you can have your meals or just chill out in the hammock.

A downhill walk away from: 10' to the Marina, 20' to Sao Roque beach, 20' to lovely Lagos downtown, golf courses and beaches with some of the best Portugal's surfing waves.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach, which is 1.5 km away. The property has about 500 square meters and the living space is about 200 square meters on 2 floors + outbuildings. The house was renovated in 2018 and equipped with a 4 x 8 m saltwater pool.
