Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barnegat Township

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped with all you’d need. The location is so lovely with really kind neighbors. The paddle board was the COOLEST extra amenity and much enjoyed. So nice that a little beach area is close by and greatly appreciated the local recommendation in their welcome packet. Absolutely hope to stay again!

The kitchen is especially well suited for cooking, and there is a huge stash of puzzles and games for a rainy afternoon. The deck and outdoor seating make pretty places to eat. It is in a very quiet and peaceful spot, but has proximity to restaurants and a grocery store if you want them. George is available and helpful. (Try Ocean Gate beach, a little local beach, for which the host has provided beach chairs and umbrellas and a parking pass.)

The house was perfect for what our family needed. Lots of space for a big family. Loved the fire pit and BBQ. Plenty of choice on TV for those rainy days. Plenty of seating outside. The hammock was a great place for an afternoon nap. Unfortunately none of us tried out the kayak but maybe next time. Jaime responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We would definitely book the house again.

My family and I enjoyed this home. It is about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. Home came with 4 complimentary beach badges which was a plus! Linens, towels, and 2 beach towels were included. We didn’t have a sponge to wash dishes but we made do. Home has an outdoor shower! Backyard is enclosed for your pooch or kids, although a smaller dog may fit through the gate opening, shed included beach chairs and corn hole. The beach umbrella was broken. The only negative we faced is that we inquired about checking in early (just an hour or two) since we were driving from 2.5 hours away, so they mentioned the home was available the night before and night after our stay at a discounted rate so that we could be flexible. We were not able to extend our stay before or after our planned trip. We inquired again about checking in early within 24 hours of check in they said they would check and get back to us and never did. It was fine, but don’t expect them to let you check in early or check out.

We loved our stay at Val’s place. It felt like we were having a tea party with all of the curated decorations. The space was cozy and we felt right at home. Perfect drive to the LBI golf course where we were attending a wedding.

John and Kelley were AMAZING hosts! I rented the house for the couple days before and after my wedding and John and Kelly made my experience better than I could’ve asked for. The house is exactly as pictured, the rooms are so bright and airy and it was very peaceful and relaxing to be there. The kitchen was amazing and the beds were comfy. I would highly recommend staying here!!

I took my mother to the Philly/Jersey area as a Mother's Day gift and was lucky enough to find Dennis's BnB. From beginning to end Dennis made it an easy and enjoyable experience. His communication was always quick, professional, and polite. The home was cozy, clean, and in a very nice neighborhood. As I am a big Philly sports fan I usually find myself in the area every couple years and plan to continue to seek out Dennis's BnB as long as it is still available!

I felt right at home and relaxed in this lovely apartment. The balcony made it special, and the neighborbood is very green and leafy. The apartment was thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Very comfortable bed, everything spotlessly clean and very peaceful! Thank you!

Anneke’s place was fantastic. Although the weather wasn’t in our favor, the place itself was very pleasant and felt like a new home. Anneke was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to book again in the future!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The home is very walkable in beautiful downtown Hammonton. We went to the bagel shop and coffee shop down the street both mornings. It was a memorable stay and we will absolutely be coming back soon!

I highley recommend staying at 11 Delaware! My friends and I found it to be quite pleasant and just the right amount of space. The unit was clean on arrival and although I had some trouble getting in (not at fault of the listing, my own user error lol) the owner Jennifer Anne was amazing! She took my call right away and walked me through everything until I was inside and settled, I was very appreciative. Parking was easily accessible which was a plus, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall the space was perfect for what I needed it for. My only 2 notes would be that 1. The beach at the time we went was not suitable to swim as there were thousands of horseshoe crabs, I suppose it’s the season I was unaware. The owner/host is wonderful and if you need assistance I highkey recommend contacting her. The caretaker however I found to be a bit rude. A friend left their bag in the unit, and after paying close to $850 for a 2 night stay I had expected a bit of a kinder tone from her.

This place was so beautiful and clean and Gina was so amazing for getting back to me so quickly. We will definitely be coming back

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Out stay in Nick place was wonderful 😀 we love the location and the atmosphere of the place. The ocean view was phenomenal too ❤️ Thank you to Nick to let’s us stay here , We will definitely miss this place, and of course we will definitely come back again soon 🙃.

Andrew is a Fabulous Host! He has thought of things beyond what someone may need. His home is well Loved and cared for. We had an Amazing,peaceful,refreshing and very comfortable stay here. you could not ask for a more friendly, walkable neighborhood and just steps away from a very beautiful beach. Take a drive up Ocean St , till the end of the road. There is a very interesting spot to smell the fresh ocean breeze and just sit and relax 😍. Andrew's home is a true Gem!

Really nice place in a great location. Clean, comfortable, easy. We paid way too much but it was reunion weekend and, well, we paid it right? Supply and demand, I suppose. If I ignore the price, it was 100% a great stay. Would definitely stay again if visiting Princeton. Thanks, James!

Amazing view with a super easy check in process. They had staff there to even unload our car for us and bring our bags to our room so we didn't have to carry anything. The host was VERY responsive and easy to work with. They had so many extra little touches in the room that I've yet to experience with any other stay (hair ties, after sun lotion, beach chairs and umbrella etc.) We had everything we needed and more. The room was very clean and smelled amazing when we walked in, and the entire time we were there. The location was top tier, with a beautiful ocean view and easy beach access. The parking garage was a bit tight but easy to get in and out of and very safe and secure. There were plenty of food options around too. This was one of the best stays we have ever had. Highly recommend. Dina really takes pride in the place and it shows!
