Quiet, very nice location where you can hear practically nothing from outside through the old double windows. The walk to the S-Bahn station was short and therefore ideal for me! Inside, the stairs creak, as you can expect with an old building, that's part of it; the annex downstairs is open to the stairwell in the kitchen and dining area, you go to sleep earlier, you can also hear the hosts - OK. The communication was extremely easy and very pleasant overall, I was received really friendly and familiar, everything was absolutely uncomplicated. The bed in room 2 was pleasant in terms of firmness and I lacked nothing. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

We only spent one night at Ines and Ulrich's, but we were able to relax well while sitting on the terrace, eating at the marina and swimming in the lake. The accommodation is great for a short escape from the hectic everyday life into the quiet and idyllic Priepert. The breakfast at the kitchen table was lovingly arranged, with a large selection and very cozy. We will be happy to come back :))

This newly renovated studio apartment suited our needs perfectly. Close to Berlin’s public transit, this gem is in a quiet neighborhood and has no steps to access the apartment so you don’t have to lug suitcases up and down stairs. A washer and dryer made doing laundry a breeze. There’s tons of storage, hangars, and came stocked with some pantry staples. Would definitely stay here again.

We all had a wonderful time! Believe it or not, the house and rooms are even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is incredibly individual and lovingly furnished, from the fantastic dishes in the fully equipped kitchen to the small chocolates on the beds upon arrival. We can also only recommend breakfast, which you can even enjoy in good weather in the great garden. Julia and her family are incredibly warm and helpful, we immediately felt very comfortable and would book the accommodation again every time.
