Holiday rentals with a patio in Barrie

We were very comfortable at the loft. Updated throughout and had just about every amenity in kitchen and bathroom that one would need. The shower pressure was really good. We did not use the jacuzzi part of the bathtub. The hot water in bath and kitchen is very hot which I really like. I would definitely recommend if you want to be central and be able to walk downtown Midland. Lots of bath towels and kitchen supplies. Good Wifi and TV options. Welcome binder was really well done with lots of useful information. All appliances were new, clean and full sized. One thing to note though, there are outdoor stairs to access the unit. Might be challenging for some. We had no issues. We have family living a few blocks away from the loft and would consider booking this convenient, comfortable apartment for our next visit. We were a week too early to take part in the famous Butter Tart Festival but there’s always next year !

Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Amber’s home was absolutely perfect for our short trip to Barrie! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it feel so warm and inviting. Amber was an incredible host, going above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which we truly appreciated. We’re happy to give her five stars and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend! P.S. If you’re staying in the winter, don’t forget to bring slippers—the tiles can feel a little chilly, but the warm fireplace makes the space incredibly cozy!

Sean is very Friendly and Professional. He responds to messages quickly. He is an amazing host where he is checking in on us ensuring if we needed anything he is only a phone call away. We have been going to the Resort for years. Easy to get too, very peaceful and the Units are so simple but nice. Not many places take pets but Sean's does which helped us alot. The beds are super comfortable, probably the best sleep I have had in a long time. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our Stay. The Kids loved the gym to work out and then we spend quite a few hours at the pool. The fire pit was nice to sit at especially with the chilly weekend we just had. We will be back for sure to be Sean's Guest.

Sandra’s place is just like the pictures super cute, clean and private. The place has everything you need for a great stay. She’s very responsive to messages. It was our 2nd time enjoying her place and we’d look forward to booking with her again!

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

My friends and I really enjoyed our time in Hala’s place. It was so relaxing and cozy, so ideal for a time away from the city. The rooms were spacious and had comfy beds, the bathrooms were clean and had great lighting, and the sauna was relaxing. The place had everything we need and more! Hala was responsive and helped us when we needed anything. She was so thoughtful to have treats and wine for us when we arrived. I highly recommend the beautiful space and cannot wait to go back!

Dan’s place is even better than it shows in the pictures. The house is modern, big, and very comfortable. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel! We were in 6, and yet everyone was perfectly accommodated. It’s 15 minutes by car from Snow Valley Ski Resort. Dan is very friendly and welcoming, always there for anything you may need. I will definitely come back!

We had the best weekend! the place was spotless, there were items left for us like seasonings and snacks (the kids LOVED eating the popcorn out of the cool containers) and the place is in a great location!!! We will definitely be back!!

Had a great stay! Very comfortable, clean and great communication from Vlad! Had a high chair available for use which was a nice touch! The only feedback we would give would be it would be nice to have more than two towels for a family especially being that there’s a pool but that was no big deal! Thanks for a great stay!

Franco and his team are lovely to deal with. They are extremely communicative and in a timely manner. The apartment is exactly “like” the pictures shown, warm, cozy and overall a very welcoming home. In addition, to having such a wonderful place to stay in, they have thought of every kitchen tool you may need during your stay, it’s great to have access to all these accessories. My family and I had the best time at Friday Harbour accommodated my Adriana. Her place was beautiful and clean. Literally everything we needed was already thought of and stocked. The condo was walking distance to the main boardwalk area where we found lots to do. My family and I will definitely revisit this condo soon!

Jack was an amazing host!! Extremely friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, before & during the stay, and morning of check out. Provided us with very clear instructions including a map if we needed, as well as linked us to the local events / dining page for the resort. The place was spotless! Matched the listing page.
