Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Hafenkoje 2 (upper floor) Very cozy, new and modern equipped apartment; including in-house sauna in the romantic closed courtyard. For the use of the sauna, please have 3 x €2- € coins. It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Du suchst einen Schnäppchenpreis, aber brauchst im Urlaub deine Privatsphäre, genug Freiraum und Wohlfühlatmosphäre? Hier gibt es viel Platz für einen guten Preis. Unsere Ferienwohnung hat 65 m², ist in der Barther Altstadt, mit schönem Blick auf das historische „Adlige Fräuleinstift“ 1733 als „Bahrtisches Kloster“ gegründet. Sie ist in bester Lage, ruhig (Spielstraße) und doch zentral, direkt am Park, in 2 Minuten Fußweg sind der Marktplatz und auch die Hafenpromenade zu erreichen.

Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung im Randgebiet der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

We had a very nice summer holiday in Bodstedt. The Starnd or the water around the corner was not ours, so we drove the 15 minutes to the beach in Zingst every day. There was white sand and clear Baltic Sea water. In Barth (about 10 min by car) there is all the main shopping and the great bakery Junge. The garden was also very nice and enjoyed our kids very much.

We arrived together with our four-legged friend and were looking for some seclusion and tranquility. The apartment on the farm was small and nice and we especially liked that we had the pond with the frogs and coots in front of the apartment, which had just had offspring. The communication with Nora and her mother on site was super nice and uncomplicated. Thank you very much for a few very nice days on the farm☀️

The photos of the accommodation were already very nice, but on site it is actually even more beautiful. My wife had tears of emotion in her eyes when we arrived 🥰 Everything is in perfect condition, designed with love and very well equipped. Many small things were also thought of, which we never expected. Andrea and Mirko are incredibly friendly and helpful. You immediately feel comfortable and can always have a nice chat, even with the rest of the family. The only disadvantage: We were there too short. 😉 We absolutely have to come back and then, for example, also use the campfire and sauna. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a lovely time in the house. There was everything you need. I especially loved the kitchen. The location is actually perfect. If there were any questions or problems, they were helped quickly and with the greatest effort. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend a stay in this accommodation:)

Very friendly hosts,always responsive and with lots of information about the area. Great , very clean and well maintained apartment equipped with everything as well as additional storage for our bikes. A great flowering garden with extra terrace to linger. We will be happy to come again. Highly recommend.

Maike's apartment is as shown in the listing and pictures, we felt immediately comfortable. The location is great for trips in different directions along the Baltic Sea and the amenities offer everything for a short stay. Communication was smooth and even when we were briefly locked out, Reinhard was right there.
