Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Sitting on the patio you can enjoy panoramic views over the countryside- which literally comes into your garden. At different times of the year you will see how we grow barley and wheat. We have regular wildlife visitors stopping in past- hares, deer, pheasants and other wild birds.

Large modern new build on the edge of Huntly, quiet area with family neighbours nearby. Great area for being close to the train station and not far from the town centre, a 10-15 minute walk.
